Our daughter found this restaurant and insisted we go for lunch. It was a weekend. We waited in line about 30 minutes. The restaurant is large and on that day was filled with families. They bring around carts filled with dim sum choices and have descriptions in Chinese and English of items on the cart. You can also order off... More

This is the classic HK dim sum place... Not great in terms of views these days. Food is maybe a little above average, but the waits for a table can be horrendous. Not sure I would recommend it, as there are lots of better places in HK. More

If you want to try dim sum in a real Hong Kong atmosphere, this is the place to go to. The place is huge, is not really beautiful but from the window tables the view is really nice. The food is good and interesting. You can either order a la carte or just stop one of the ladies that is... More

Get in early on Sunday or you face a considerable wait. During the weekdays is better if you have time. Carts going this way and that; pick what you want or try something new; its all the same to the waitresses. English is very little and don't be surprised if when you ask for something, the staff give you a... More

Read about this place in Lonely Planet Guide as "the place to go" for Dim Sun. I think we were expecting a food court, not a lovely restaurant with chandeliers and table covers and silver tea pots - but nobody batted an eyelid at our casual attire. We pointed to dishes in the trolleys as they passed and ordered as... More

To avoid queuing too long, get there just around opening times. Restaurant is packed every time I go there and locals usually sit for an hour or more as yum cha usually includes relaxing and reading the days paper. This is one of those places where food still comes on carts. Great for first timers as the old ladies pushin... More
