Pleasant

Nice location pleasant staff. Suitable for business meetings or a quiet coffee with a friend. Typical lobby cafe of a Japanese hotel.

The food was abundant and absolutely delicious. Breakfast was a nice combination of western and Asian. Don't miss it!

Hot food wasn't hot; selections (for the price) seemed inadequate. Service just ok. We expected better from the Nikko.

Nikko hotels have generally a good standard... but in this case it is not only expensive, but very very bad.

The cafe in the hotel is great. A superb selection of fruits...melons are great. A lovely English breakfast ..although no mushrooms! And check out the omelette chef who will make you the perfect recipe. Yakult drink also a must at this cafe. All topped off with great service.

The price showing at the entrance is so actractive, but not include tax and beverage (quiet normal). But when you'll ask meat or fish from the grill you'll have a bad surprise: the quantities are really poor

Very courteous service and good varieties on offer, HK is expensive but if you tell the front desk you want breakfast the next morning you will get a big discount

I came to this buffet breakfast for any Japanese style breakfast, as I believe the clientele is Japanese mainly. The kind of rice used is quite good, heat well kept in a cook. But the variety of food for the rice is limited. Overall, the variety at the buffet bar is limited, not fabulous, nothing impressive. The pasta (penne) is... More
