To keep it simple, I will put it in point form. 1. The sushi and crab legs aren't fresh (in exaggeration the texture is like beef Jerky) 2. Prawn crackers, it's off (the manager came and defend that it is fresh, only the weather made it a bit damp) 3. The food selection in buffet. Roast beef? Not available.(we are sorry... More

Breakfast here is great. The stations are well used and you could eat here everyday for a week without getting bored. Service is good. One of my favourite things are the dozen or so fresh juices available. Nice. Dinner is another story. Service appeared overwhelmed, and the buffet with one Mojito was around 100CAD/USD or 770HKD (I would have had... More

I needed something quick one night and did not want to leave the hotel. This is the only reason to go there! Otherwise so many great options close to the hotel. I ordered the chicken off the set menu, felt the buffet was too much and too expensive for what I wanted.

We went for weekend buffet brunch and were amazed by the spread, it had everything. It had Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Italian, huge sea food counter, great breads and lots if desserts. The staff was attentive and the food delicious. It's pricey but worth it and that explained why it was so crowded. It was fully booked and the counters were... More

This was a meal I was thoroughly looking forward to. Every visit to Hong Kong has to include a buffet at one of the top end hotels like the Shangri-La here. The food was second to none when it came to the seafood, dim sum and deserts but I feel the curry should have been kept fresh as when I... More

One of the best, if not the best buffet in Hong Kong. Don't miss the Waygu beef. All hot entrees very good, from duck, lamb, suckling pig, steamed fish, to multiple stir fried dishes. Some steamed dim sum also available. If you like seafood, there are heaping piles of lobster and crab (but cold). Don't miss double boiled soup. Lots... More

The seafood and sweets sections only looked good but seriously didn't taste great. Very average place. I wouldn't return.

This hotel buffet has deteriorated over the years... I think they've figured out the quantity over quality formula. The café décor and layout is probably the best part of this restaurant - it looks exciting when you walk in, particularly when you see how much food there is. But upon inspection the individual dishes are actually quite cheap... If you... More

Cafe TOO is undoubtedly a very popular restaurant, particularly for office staff and tourists looking for a good-quality lunch buffet. I recently attended an office party with the evening buffet and was disappointed. First and foremost, the tables are packed in so tightly that it is well-nigh impossible to reach the buffet selection without weaving your way through tables, chairs... More
