Our party of 4 had dinner at the Chef's table with wine pairing. I would say it was not the most delicious meal but definitely the most interesting one. The Demon Chef tries to recreate the taste of what we, local Chinese, are familiar with in an unexpected texture and surprising presentation. Like the Baked Alaska which tasted like LAP... More

Over-priced . Chef did try hard to make the so called Chinese - fusion .... Superb presentation and service but no lingering memory of food satisfaction for such set prices. Will we go there again - nope.

Excellent, creative tasting menu that wasn't overly fussy. One of the best meals that I can remember having. Pretty faultless. Great service and the menu really was special.

Friendly staff, by far the best food we ate in Hong Kong. I still think about the xiao long bao and calamansi, how I long to taste and enjoy these 2 dishes again. A must for anyone who considers themselves a real foodie.

Booked the chefs table for my husband and I prior to travelling and we were not disappointed. Perched on stools we watched the chefs create amazing dishes right under our noses in a tiny space. Served by the chefs directly including Alvin himself who is a character. It is all I the details: the handcrafted and designed plates/ bowls etc... More

Once you find the entrance (tricky as usual in Hong Kong) you can find your table on the lovely terrace (exceptional in HK, even tough it has no view). Prepare to be amazed! From the reinterpretation of the street food waffle to the eight treasures tea, this place is truly exceptional. It's the first 3 star restaurant that gave me... More

visited here in 2011. tried their tasting menu and the gastronomic food was certainly innovative and good, although the service lacked any character with an air of poshness which i believe was meant to be a professional attitude. small restaurant atmosphere which felt cramped vs intimate. it was a bit pricey for the overall experience, about 6000+hkd for 3 people... If you want to dine at this two Michelin-starred restaurant but are not willing to spend too much, go for lunch instead of dinner as prices for lunch are much cheaper. There were two set lunch menus available when we visited and we chose the cheaper one as it was our first visit and didn't know what to expect. Loved... More

We were very impressed with the food and services here. Though very expensive, it's well worth a try, especially when you are looking for something not ordinary in your gourmet dining experiences. The food here is based on modern Chinese cuisine with the use of Korean, Japanese and French ingredients in some dishes. Each dish was nicely created and presented... More

It was our nightmare dinning here. Visited in April 2014 for dinner. Paid slightly more than HK$10,000.00 for 3 people and as we have opted to pay in S$ the amount was equivalent to S$1,700.00+. This amount included 1 bot of vintage Champagne and 2 bots of Mineral Water which we only drank 1 bot but was charged 2 bots... More
