Roof top Oasis in Hong Kong

Love this place. I have dined there on and off for over 8 years now and its great for a long relaxing lunch. I would recommend this oasis on the 11th floor (at the pool area which feels like you're on a roof top), to anyone who loves the alfresco dining experience with the relaxing water of the... read more

This grill is wonderful for a Sunday Brunch. Buffet style layout with a lovely selection meticulously presented and maintained. The staff are friendly and proactive. The cocktails are nice and the tables are well set and arranged.

The buffet BBQ dinner is very very good. Food are of high quality, service is good. I like the idea of sitting next to the pool in a cool evening having dinner there.

Had just flown in overnight. What better way to recover than a swim in a pool on the 11th floor, followed by a snooze on the deck overlooking Hong Kong, followed by a burger and beverage at The Grill. Great food and service. A very popular spot for hotel guests.

I went there with two friends on a Sunday night. We had reserved a table with great view over the bay as we wanted to enjoy the light show. We had amazing food, perfectly cooked. Service was excellent. A great experience which I look forward to repeat.

We booked here months before hand because it appeared to get booked up quickly and I am glad that we did because it was full. Previously we had done Sunday Brunch at the Top Deck on the Jumbo but this is now closed and we wanted to sit outside and enjoy the views and this was a good option. We... More

we had brunch here on a Sunday and it was great. They offered a nice selection of cold seafood and a nice grille, especially baby pig. We had lobsters also. One of our family member had the unlimited drink option and it was worth the money spent. It was expensive but because of the lovely poolside setting, it was wells... More

We stopped into The Grill on a perfect HK October evening for drinks out on the patio and to see the light show (7:45 and 9pm) and a good view of the harbor (slightly obstructed). Service and drinks were great although pricey and it is more casual than most places nearby which we enjoyed. They also have space to have... More

Our daughter and son-in-law treated us to Sunday brunch on our first weekend in Hong Kong at the poolside at Grand Hyatt. The buffet selection was excellent, serving everything from chilled seafood to freshly cooked meats, including roast beef and racks of lamb; refreshing salads and a selection of breads; delicious desserts and a huge paella cooked from scratch. The... More

This was my second time visiting the poolside at Grand Hyatt, once during the evening for drinks and this time for the weekend brunch. The buffet selection is amazing with a very good variety from appetizers, to grilled meats and seafood, pastries and desserts. All the staff were delightful and friendly. We were greeted by Paul Sargent, Assistant Manager who... More

Staying in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay

Neighborhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centers of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
