Had dinner there in 2 occasions. The food was very good. The staff very attentive it seems everybody in Hong Kong go there for their fondues as fondues are not my favorites I am pleased that their menues had other choices.

We are Swiss and were very hesitent to go there (for a very long time), as we expected to get one of these "superficial" touristy cheese fondues. But after some people repeatetly told us how good the fondue is we tried out .... and were not disappointed. The cheese was "spicy" enough, the quantity as well. Even the bread was...

The restaurant staff are very very friendly. They are super helpful and offer great service as well. I would highly recommend this place.
We had an early dinner before the theatre twice in a row n chose Chesa both times. The restaurant is having a rosti promotion. Yesterday we had the pork sausages and lobster rosti promotional dishes. The lobster was served as 3 sausages with big chunks of lobster throughout place on top of the rosti. Never had a lobster sausage before...

The concierge at the hotel had to call several times to make a reservation for us. Definitely reserve a table at least 2 days ahead of...

I mean by this that the interior was an accurate...

Chesa is always a lovely venue for a good meal. Unusual menu and fine service
Once you enter the restaurant, it's like you've stepped into a nice cozy Alpine chalet. Romantic atmosphere, polite staff, yummy Swiss food! Don't miss the cheese fondue with Gruyère, Emmental and Appenzeller. Really good! We also had a summer salad, crabmeat pancake and the veal.
