I did not eat in this pub, and I only visited it as heard some music as i passed it.... the band was so big that it took half of the pub:-) but the music was good, the service friendly and the owner funny :-)

I have no idea where this person gets his information from, but Ned Kelly's Last Stand is alive and well, I was just in the place last night, with customers, still as great as ever. I will return

It was a shame to arrive and find this place had closed. Yes, the food was crappy (at best) but the place had character (& characters). A real melting pot in a city of contrasts. It will be missed!

I have been visiting this place for over 15 years. Surprisingly it hasn't changed much. The band still plays good music, the happy hour is still not to be missed. It's best to show up around 8:30 pm to catch the happy hour. The band starts around 9:30pm.

This place is wonderful, it is now the oldest pub in Hong Kong opened in 1972, great jazz band under a geordie called Colin, and good pub grub and drinks, I recommend it to all my business colleges and they have always told me they a great time, can not understand one or two of the negative comments here, still... Been here for some 30-40 years. Good grub, mostly tourists, but worth it if you like trad jazz live. The players have been playing together for decades. Mostly traditional jazz.

I'm a former expat resident with memories of many nights at Ned Kellys. A night out there on a recent trip to HK has proven that time can actually stand still in this ever growing behemoth of a city. Everything is just the same as it was at Ned's; good food, good beer, great service and plenty of friends -... More

Forget the food or quibbles about the service or price of drinks. It's the music that counts and this has live music of a consistently high standard. There are also plenty of other cool little places on the same street including a newish Korean place (who's name I've forgotten) directly opposite and lots of interesting little dinky places to explore.......
