Watching Chef Vicky and his team at work and appreciating the skill and precision with which they prepared each dish was an experience in itself. This tasting menu is an incredible value for money: it is innovative and whimsical. Although the menu changes often, the chef's two signature dishes always remain on the menu. The tuna and sea urchin dish... More

World class food, world class service, good wine pairing and a chance to see a well coordinated kitchen crew at work. At last I found the right entrance where an elevator took me up to 26 floor, and directly into the restaurant where I got a very friendly reception. As the seating is ringside to the kitchen area, I got... More

I challenge you to better this restaurant. 26 floors up in a tower block seemingly full of restaurants on every floor. You step into what looks like the set of Blade Runner - floor to ceiling windows and lights all around. All guests sit round the 'horseshoe' dining area with the prep going on in front of your eyes -... More

Loved everything about this place except the high bar stool type chair with no back support. Sitting through one course after another sometimes quite theatrical presentation is hard on my back after 3 hours! Absolutely nothing to gripe about food wise, just as excellent, amazing and magical as I had expected!

Food was amazing. Head chef personally served us and was a real friendly guy. Their wine pairing was excellent too.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 10-course meal. It was a fun "Hong Kong" thing to do. Staff was very nice and food was really creative and beautiful. Slightly confused about payment system, but it seems to have worked out fine.

worth a try, food was good, not great, creative and different, but not enough to knock your shoes off. bar only seating and they like to cram guests as they arrive on the same row. I know realty is pricey but when you're eating at 7pm and the rest of the house is empty, must they really put the other... More

Located on the 26th floor, on a typical autumn HK night, thunder and lightning provided the backdrop! The spectacular light show were followed by a menu that had a lot of thought placed into it. From the amuse bouche, to the final dessert, it was a good average Hk semi fine dining! No real complaints about the menu. Everyone enjoyed... More

Good food. Good menus. Good young chefs who are not afraid of challenges. Not lame yet classic. I like the food here. Can definitely do better with the portions. Recommend the scallops and lamb. Desserts are also good.

For a 10 course degustation dinner menu, $900 hkd is such a bargain, especially for the quality of food and service. You can tell the chef put in a lot of heart and soul into each dish. Every course is beautifully presented. All the elements on the dish compliment each other. The menu changes every season, but some of the... More
