We went for dinner around 8pm and some of the less popular dishes had been wilting under heat lamps for hours. This was a shame as the ingredients quality seemed high but the food was just stale. At US$75 per person before alcohol it's difficult to find the value here. Go very hungry and eat the fresh seafood & sashimi... More

Like all good hotel buffet restaurants in Hong Kong this place is very busy even though it costs HK$ 500 a head. The selction of food including sushi, chinese, indian and european option is very good and good quality. The most popular station was the deserts of course.

I have tried most, if not all, of the buffet breakfasts in 5-star hotels in Hong Kong. This hotel, though not the usual 5-star international brand, did give me some little surprises. It is not that simple by just saying the spread is wide here, from Chinese/Japanese to western kind, but rather there are choices that are very rare in... More

Miss India, The Indian restaurant at the night market is a very small joint. The service is very slow. The food quality is very rubbish. Basic things like onion, cucumber and pickle is also not served with the indian food. I would not suggest to go to this restaurant.

Great service, very friendly too. The idea behind the market is to cater to all tastes and do it well, and I think on the whole they achieve just that. I can't say I tried everything but it all looked great. I liked what I had too. It was full of younger locals in the twenties and thirties, I guess... More

We loved the breakfast service at The Market - even though I'm not a fan of buffet breakfasts, this one is one of the best I've ever had. We ate dinner there on Easter Sunday and this was somewhat disappointing - the place was overcrowded and I think probably under-staffed. The food was good but the place is really noisy... More

Loved the variety of different types of cuisine. But don't expect it to be a intimate dining place because it can get quite busy with little kids running around. it's obviously a family environment place. We ate until we couldn't eat. :P

From freshly made regional dishes, to sashimi sliced in front of you, this buffet has it all. Quality service, quality food, great variety. If you go to any buffet in Hong Kong, it should be this one.
