Please note that through a coincidence I had become well acquainted with some people in the group's management and for this reason had found out that they only operated something which the manager modestly called "a rather good restaurant" ! A 2 Michelin star restaurant! This relationship helped by providing exceptional service: we arrived later than reserved and had to... More

We were really looking forward to going here. We were lucky enough to have a reservation for Friday night just after the Michelin guide came out giving the place 2 stars. Quite how it has 2 stars, I'm really not sure. We certainly didn't feel like that was what we got. FOOD The menu and food is creative. Without a... More

Quite nice relaxed place with plenty of space to have decent conversations. Very well prepared food with creative mixtures of different cusines . Good wine by the glass list and nice breads.

Excellent Sunday brunch with free-flow champagne, beer, wine and soft drinks. Innovative and interesting menu, excellent attentive but unobtrusive service. An all-round great way to enjoy a Sunday.

If you have a genuine interest in superb food beautifully presented and very flavoursome then do try this oasis of calm in Wan Chai. My son and I had the Around the World tasting menu, we were both very impressed with the imaginative selection each course complemented the next. A feast for the eyes and the palate. Portion size appropriate.... More

We were looking to treat ourselves and greatly enjoyed the four course lunch option. Every dish was excellently prepared, there is an extensive wine list and the service was top notch. I wish we would have been able to stay for the degustation with wine pairing. Would definitely return next HK visit as it Is value for money.

I am quite surprised about the recent reviews. The food is excellent...what do i mean? 1/ consistently tasty for every dish, many high-end places have peaks and valleys in execution, 2/ service was helpful but not overbearing 3/ the thoughtfulness and creativity of each dish showed 4/ we were full for our dinner...i think we got the basic testing menu... Went last week with a couple of friends. The service was attentive and the food as well as the presentation was better then most in Hong Kong. Actually the food tasted fresh and was well seasoned. And the presentation was clever. So that was nice. However, where we had a problem was with the portion sizes relative to the prices... More

This is the 2nd time we have come here. The food is really very good. We came for lunch and i guess you should not eat so much if you must go back to work afterwards :-) The portions are very small. I had no starter, the other guests had egg in a soup (?), My main was beef (... More

The quality of the food is strong with obvious attention paid to the ingredients and preparation. But for a set lunch, the portions should be reasonable; the soup barely covered the bottom of my bowl - perhaps a half centimeter deep - more like a sauce than soup. And the risotto was like an ice-cream scoop. To top it off,... More
