During the happy hour the house spirits are supposedly a double pour. After two supposedly double pour Gordon's gin and tonics no effect so the usual ripoff. Noisy and crowded as well.

Great restaurant - excellent food but very busy - so definitely make a booking. The location of Liberty makes it an excellent choice for a meal if you are catching the airport express either coming or going. Located a couple of minutes from the train if your time is tight then eating here gives you that little it extra. The... More

Loved the food, and service was friendly. The upstairs is a restaurant and downstairs a bar. The bar is nicely decked out but tendency to play loud club music which is incongruent with its setting. expensive though, and one for special occassions

We came here for dinner and booked a table upstairs to avoid the busy bar scene downstairs, which gets quite packed in the evenings. The food was generally good, but we left halfway into the meal, as did the table next to us. There was a table of about 8 people who came in shortly after us and instead of... More

This place is extremely busy, especially on Friday evenings after work gets out. in order to get a seat, you need to get there before 6pm and 5pm would be ideal. By 6:30, the place is packed.

After having visited this restaurant a number of times we planned a group lunch at the restaurant. The food was extremely slow and when we started eating it we realised it wasn't even cooked. We sent it back to be cooked. And were returned the exact same piece of meat. The manager did not seem to care about the cross-contamination... More

After a long day sight seeing beautiful Hong Kong we walked past Liberty Exchange, looked very inviting for a nice relaxing drink. It was only 17.10 hours when we walked in only to be told quite rudely by Front of House Arleen, that they closed at 18.00 hours. So what 45 minutes to have 1 drink each, can not see... More

An american joint that is popular among the executives in the IFC area. Food is pretty nice, but often course be prepared to pay slightly higher prices. Set lunch would be a good idea. Not somewhere you should visit on purpose, but just stop by for lunch if you are in the area if you need some western craving cure.

This bar/restaurant (I've never eaten there) is one of the places to go to after work.it is a zoo scene with mostly finance types. It flows into the walkway underneath Exchange Square 2 and IFC shopping mall. Always fun.

Most restaurants in HK are indoors, whilst Liberty has an open front onto Exchange Square. The set lunch at under $200 is a good option, great for a catch up with clients without having to spend a fortune or be in a stuffy establishment. Have been there a few times, pretty consistent with good service. Packed with the IFC crowds... More
