Lovely dessert

We enjoyed an ice cream, waffle and cappuccino. It was good. Friendly staff. Large portions with a good taste.

Great for an after dinner ice and or coffee or a coffee on your way into down town. I'll leave that up to you. The regular portion (the smallest) is already pretty nice

Holly Brown has always been one of my favorite cafés in town since it's opening on Stanley Street. The coffee has an intense flavor - which is much better than Starbucks and Pacific Coffee, as agreed with the other reviewers. There are also a variety of gelato available - Berry Overload is my all time favourite as dessert. You can't... More

i came half hour early for dinner. and so that, i would take a coffee before dinner..when i looked into Holly Brown from the street..it feels harmony. I ordered a mocha..it costs 40hkd. Sounds fair, because here is central. n this is not a huge coffee chain. Small cup of mocha, sweeten my time before dinner. Atmosphere is not that... More

My husband and I both love coffee and are pretty picky - we found Holly Brown on Stanley St in January and have never looked back! The small flat white in a mug is perfection - the tempurature of the milk is key to the sweetness and they never disappoint. We have also had the Eggs Benedict and found them... More

We were attracted by the smell when we walked past the shop. I decided to go for a cappuccino while my wife kept looking at the ice-cream fridge like a kid. Finally she had ordered one big scoop of mango ice-cream with the waffle and i stayed with my coffee choice. I'm not a picky person on coffee but it's... More

I'm not a coffee expert, but would pay the price for theirs any time. The only thing they could work on is atmosphere, but being in a shopping mall has its limitations, right? Try their americano for a full experience, but the lattes are also very enjoyable.

Love this place, if you want real coffee , great food and excellent atmosphere, this is the place in Hong Kong. Located close to Central MTR station, easy to get too. Very busy lots of expats and locals, the hours went buy.

I have been to Holly Brown on a number of occasions in recent weeks but only decided to write a review this time as I wanted to make sure that the beverages are really up to my stringent requirements first. Espresso, whether single or double, comes as it should be - small, concentrated and aromatic. This is the only way... More

Staying in Central

Neighborhood Profile
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
