Excellent coffee

A great place to have coffee and ice cream. It serves excellent coffee, however it is always crowded and noisy. Recommended!

I know the gelato is great ,and the gelato smells great ,but this place has for me lost its crown as the best place for espresso and espresso based coffees in Hong Kong..... Staff generally still friendly , and Stanley Street is a great location , but perhaps the pressures of opening more and more branches that manage to both... More

Highly recommend their piccolo latte - it's a fragrant and silky perfectly blended by their selected coffee and good skill of barrista. By far, the most impressive and well-rounded piccolo latte of all. I also command their quality control across their branches. Gelato was good and enjoyable. There's room for improvement for shakes/smoothies - maybe less milk and more flavour?

Holly Brown is a nice to have a chit chat with your friends. They serve good coffees and also teas and chocolate drinks. They have a wide selection of yummy gelatos. They serve the gelato on delicious waffles. You can smell the waffles from the moment you enter this place.

In Hong Kong, High Tea is an ritual. There are numerous upscale places that offer such. There are countless local restaurants (which questionable sanitary). It is hard to find a place that is casual, relaxing, yet clean, tasty and relatively inexpensive. While I visited ICC, I stopped by this place at the Sky 100 entrance, and ordered apricot pie /... Great for an after dinner ice and or coffee or a coffee on your way into down town. I'll leave that up to you. The regular portion (the smallest) is already pretty nice

Holly Brown has always been one of my favorite cafés in town since it's opening on Stanley Street. The coffee has an intense flavor - which is much better than Starbucks and Pacific Coffee, as agreed with the other reviewers. There are also a variety of gelato available - Berry Overload is my all time favourite as dessert. You can't... More

i came half hour early for dinner. and so that, i would take a coffee before dinner..when i looked into Holly Brown from the street..it feels harmony. I ordered a mocha..it costs 40hkd. Sounds fair, because here is central. n this is not a huge coffee chain. Small cup of mocha, sweeten my time before dinner. Atmosphere is not that... More

Staying in Central

Neighborhood Profile
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
