A wide range of choices

Having eaten both breakfast and dinner here over several days I found the food to be of good quality but the menu became very monotonous. While there is a wide range of choices there is never anything different (no 'dish of the day') to keep one interested.

Cafe at Hyatt in Sha Tin has had its ups and downs since the hotel opened up several years back. At times, we have been happy with the food quality of the buffet and the a la carte menu items and at times we have had lacklustre meals here. Sadly, the price is always quite high regardless of the quality... More

Really enjoyed the food! Great variety and lots of cultures represented! Loved the make your own crepe station and desserts beautifully presented. Even roll your own ices cream. Well, they roll it for you so I mean cone ice creams! Very easy access from mtr. Paid good money for good food - no drinks included. Would go again :)

Try out this Cafe restaurant, food was just manageable, nothing special! Service is not good, as most of the waitress do not have well trained manners! They need training again!! When I ask a 2nd time about my delay coffee, she said is coming!!! What a joke! Hope not to encounter such service at the Hyatt again!

Stayed here at the Hyatt and used the breakfast buffet. The spread was very good ranging from local to western spread . The service was good too, and probably because I was there at 630am and the cafe wasn't crowded nor overwhelmed

Good decor and sitting. Nice music in evening. The menu is extensive and the food is generally good. Do try the breakfast menu. Ala carte is expensive.

Quite expensive considering the limited choices. The food tasted good and the service is impeccable.

As my wife and I are fitness club members at the Hyatt we dine at the cafe at least three times a week due mainly to the fact that there are no dine-in options around the Hotel and the upstairs Chinese restaurant (Shatin 18) is just too pricey. The a la carte menu is quite extensive with a mixture of... More

Food and service are OK, some very nice desserts, but better value at shopping centre next door which is accessible from ground floor entrance.
