Fantastic view, wonderful dining experience

To be sure, this was a pricey lunch, but the amazing view from the 101st make it worthwhile for anyone visiting HK. The food was decent and the ambience and service were top notch

You are eating on the 101st floor with awesome views, so unless they are charging you an arm and a leg, most likely the food and service will be subpar....this theory stands. Typical lunch sets were around HK$400-500 so that means about US$50-70, and reflects the typical Japanese lunch sets one would expect at most restaurants. You come for the... More

The views and ambience are second to none. You look out over the harbour toward Hong Kong island and the high rise buildings appear to be like children's toys they appear to be so small. We had a nice table for 8 by the window. Several of us ordered the house specialty Kaiseki (multi course dinner), and several others ordered... More

We were at the 101st Floor of the ICC Tower at Inakaya Japanese Restaurant. Apart from the fantastic view of Hong Kong skyline the food and ambience was superb. A trigle expensive but it is a great experience none the less. The tempura selection is definitely worth trying.

Located on the 101st floor, you expect to have a great view AND expect to pay a high price for this experience. Our dinner party was held in the Robatayaki area and we felt like we were being entertained as well. The chefs prepare the food in front of you. The raw ingredients were all so very fresh. Simple fresh... More

We went here in hope for a good skyline view and a nice dinner. However, in both aspects we were disappointed. The view is mostly over the rare end of HK, which is not as spectacular as from any of the buildings closer to the walk of stars along the harbour. The quality of the food was beyond acceptable for... More

We had come for the view on the 101st floor. Beers and wine were average priced compared to Hong Kong bars. We had different snacks. Very healthy and delicious. Decoration was very nice. Having arrived a little later, it was quiet and relaxing. Will come back

I was very excited to try this place...after a few days in HK I was tired of dim sum and needed something lighter - my go to is always sushi! I came to Inakaya expecting amazing sushi and a nice view - instead I got amazing view and so-so sushi. However the view was not worth the exorbitant prices! Plus... More

View is excellent. Food is extremely fresh. We did the robatayaki where you select the ingredients in front of you sitting in small baskets. The chefs grilled the food right in front of you then hand you the food with a wooden paddle. The kinki fish is very good but comes with a very pricy tag. It's a very good... More

Try the waguy tenderloin, the rolls (in particular the spicy tuna), teppanyaki black code and the nigiri sake. The view is amazing, as well as the service.
