High quality dim sum and impeccable service

We couldn't get a table on the first day of the Chinese New Year at the Chinese restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel even though we tried to book a few months ahead. Maybe it's because we're a big group of 12 persons. We finally settled for One Harbour Road. It's been quite a while since I... read more

A truly wonderful Chinese restaurant. Serves a creative and interesting dim sum. Dinner had excellent food. Service was outstanding. The views of the harbour alone makes it a worthwhile venue.

The decor was more Western for a Chinese restaurant. Try their "Chilled marinated pigeon in ''Fa Du'' rice wine" and I Love the Pork leg, bamboo fungus, Chinese mushroom, and bok choy soup. The soup was very flavorful, and even with the strong flavors from the pork leg and the mushrooms, the broth was still very clear and not greasy.... More

We had dinner here recently. The menu is expansive and the food delicious and very well presented, as you would expect from a restaurant of this calibre. The staff are all knowledgeable and aim to please, as they were very considerate and diplomatically moved us (a couple celebrating an anniversary with adult children) away from a table with very tired,... When I think about the crackling pigling in One Harbour Road, my mouth is filled with saliva. If it's not because it's so beautiful, then I might be having a stroke. 與其追隨餐廳,或許好師傅才是值得追隨的,感謝李樹添師傅。

If you want elegant atmosphere, a great view and relatively reasonable prices on Christmas Eve (and NO Hong Kong restaurant is really reasonable that night), then One Harbour Rd may be your ticket. We ordered a la carte and portions were small but well prepared. Overall wine prices were astronomical (welcome to Hong Kong) but a few decent bottles gave... More

One Harbour and Shatin Hyatt have outstanding Peking Duck. They have the best duck in Beijing and through that learning experience they have successfully transferred that skill to Hong Kong. In Shatin it's even more elaborate but at this restaurant the tastes, the crispness of the skin without underlying fat was just excellent. The other very high quality Cantonese food... More

The service here is truly top-notched. Everything was well thought off and the staff are very well prepared for our advanced booking - the wine, the brithday cake, greeting us and helping the old folks to the table, taking our pictures etc etc. Each of the waiters/waitress made every effort to make us feel at home- one of them even... We were traveling with a vegetarian, and unlike many restaurants in Hong Kong, they were very helpful and provided an excellent array of choices. My wife and I, the meat lovers, were also well-served. Great place!

Neighborhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centers of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
