Description: A split-level restaurant resembling an elegant mansion in Shanghai during the 1930s, with superb Victoria Harbour views, cosy residential decor, glass ceiling and a fountain. The cosy home ambience is enhanced by rich Santos rosewood timber, while natural stone creates a light airy feel at the lower veranda. The fountain with distinctive glass mosaics, custom-made carpets, wooden furnishings and draperies all add to the final residential touch. One Harbour Road is best known for serving traditional homestyle Cantonese cuisine, lovingly prepared and graciously presented. The Chef’s Table private room inside the kitchen features exclusive innovative dishes and presents a rare glimpse into the workings of the kitchen.

Enjoyed a very lovely dinner in One Harbour Road on our first night in HK. The service was top notch and waitstaff was also excellent in recommending dishes. Peking duck and crispy pork belly were some of the best we have ever had. It's not cheap to dine here, but the meal and dining experience are absolutely worth the money.

Each time we visit Hong Kong we make a stop at One Harbour Road. The decor is just breathtaking and the food and service is excellent. As vegetarians, we sought help from the waiting staff but they were brilliant in suggesting some appropriate dishes for us. Excellent meal.

I highly recommend this place. The place serves traditional chinese food but with a touch of "fine dining". This place is not cheap but the food and service is excellent.

The interior of One Harbour Road is absolutely gorgeous. In the style of a 1930's Shanghai mansion, the multi-level restaurant is an ode to both China's recent past (the gilded sconces and the over-sized staircase), as well as it's modern future (oh gosh, that VIEW of Hong Kong Harbor through the 3-story windows). The food is the real star here,... More

Great Chinese food (Cantonese to be more specific) with an amazing view over the Hong Kong Bay. It was my first visit and I must say that I enjoyed it very much. I will défi nicely come back on my next visit. The food is excellent as well as service. To be tested

This was the only Restaurant I wanted to go back to during my short stay in HK. Shockingly great food and service in a pleasant Hotelly setting. The views are marvelous and every single dish of the Tasting Menu was simply delicious. Value is excellent for the high quality experience. Thoroughly enjoyable!!

We had the HK$1200 or so set menu - essentially a tasting menu. Totally unimpressed with the food although the view and service were amazing. I've had a lot better Chinese food in San Francisco at a fraction of the cost. I don't see why anybody would eat here given how much better (and much cheaper) food is available in... More

We had the lunch set menu for about 550 HKD each. The food was fantastic. The mango pudding was one of the best that I have had. The service was amazing. Try to book ahead and request a window table. Come here if you want fine dining Cantonese food with a view.
