My new favorite restaurant in Hong Kong

Beautiful new restaurant high above Hong Kong Bay. We were a large party so could not get a window table, but still had nice views. Great selection of Italian wine, of course priced high, but still a great selection. All of the food was very good, not normal Italian, kind of American/Italian... read more

The seafood tiramisu was very interesting, the lobster with it was very fresh. The squid ink pasta with seafood with seafood was very good. The steak and foie gras were cooked very well.

As soon as you walk into the room you will be mesmerized by the grandeur of the ceilings, chandeliers, and water features. They are incredibly stunning. And if you are lucky enough to get a window table on a clear night, count your lucky stars. The food is very good, the desserts are interesting and the wines are superb. Ask... More

Just awesome. The view, the food, the wine, the attention. Ate the chefs recommendations and didn't regret one item. It isn't cheap but it isn't precocious or resting on its laurels and is right up there in quality. Highly recommended. If you can be there just before 8 then you can watch the HK lightshow from one of the best... More

Don't get me wrong, this is a fabulous eating place. The food, when it was ordered and arrived was beautifuly presented and served by charming knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, it took at least 20 minutes and about 3 waiters to provide us with a drink on arrival . We eventually had to go and fetch one and we felt rather abandoned.... More

This is a review of a lunch i had with my girlfriend. TOSCA had this wine pairing lunch special that seemed like a really good value, and we opted for the four course menu, with each of the courses paired with a half glass of wine. The food is of course very good as I would expect from a restaurant... More

We went out for date night fine dining experience. As soon as got to Tosca we instantly loved it. The decor, the ambience, the view, the kitchen and chefs, the waiters..everything was terrific. We both said to each other several times during the night how glad we were that we came. And then there was the food. It was outstanding.... More

Last minute reservation, but on a night with low clouds so no view from the 112th floor - like being surrounded by cotton candy. The interior more than made up for the lack of Hong Kong's skyline. Four of us had the set menu of four courses and a lovely bottle of Italian wine. The sommelier/waiter (charming Italian from Calabria)... More

I made the booking 3 weeks before the dinner. But also can't get the seaview seat. The foods are ok and the service is excellent.

My boyfriend gave me a surprise by taking me to Tosca which is a renowned restaurant in town. Apart from the excellent view of HK Island, I like how the interior of the restaurant was designed and decorated. The service of the restaurant is great. When we sit down, there was a nice waitress called Yvonne. She had prepared well... More
