Popped over to Tosca for their Champagne Bruch on Sunday... It was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! The attention to details in every area were outstanding! I was lucky enough to have a table by the window but even if you sit in the middle of the restaurant the view can be seen from every angle with no hassle. The service... More

Lucked into a window table for a late dinner. Extensive wine list, and a great selection of traditional italian dishes. Even the bread was fantastic (try the squid ink bread). Service was also perfect, knowledgable and friendly.

I'm fortunate to have trued a lot of nice restaurants and I think Tosca might have a fighting chance of being nearly my favourite in the world. It was my second visit to Tosca, the fine dining restaurant at the top of the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Hong Kong and I'd persuaded my partner to make the trip from London... More

The ambience and service at Tosca are first class...definitely a worthwhile view of Hong Kong both in daylight and at night. While the complimentary starter dish was excellent (fried cod with blue potatoes), the rest of our dining experience was mixed. The appetizers while they looked pretty were so so in taste. We had the tomato tartar which was a... More

Tosca was a great find for us. We enjoyed a beautiful meal, a very knowledgable sommelier, friendly, professional staff....and what a view out the window.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Tosca and it was one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. First and foremost, the food is outstanding; Pino Lavarra is a master. The dishes were perfectly balanced and delicious.Tosca has an excellent wine list and sommelier (Leo); the pairings complimented the meal in a way that made both the... More

May I suggest clients to go to this restaurant to enjoy the great view but not if you are hungry as the quality of the food is not in line with a One star Michelin restaurant. The food was not served warm, the service unattentive (we had to look several times to locate a waiter in order to get some... More

Had one of the best dinners ever in my life at Tosca at the Ritz HK. We had the tasting menu with matching wines. Great amazing contemporary Italian cuisine. We had the pleasure of being surved by Angus.

We had an intimate gathering of family & friends at Tosca's chef's table. A private dining room which can accommodate up to 20 persons at a single long table, exquisitely designed and well situated deep in a corner of the restaurant. The noise made within the room and the noise outside the buffet area was well insulated from each other;... More

We had an amazing evening at Tosca celebrating our anniversary. Reserve your table early (month in advance) and ask for a window table. We had the 7 course cheese inspired set menu which was amazing! Service was great and very attentive. Also highly recommend Pastry Gem for any cake to celebrate a special occasion. Our custom made Red Velvet cake... More
