Delicious and halal

The food were delicious. Muslim tourists can eat in this restaurant. The price was average. It was just in front of my hotel.

I've been going to this restaurant for years, as a convenient and reasonable alternative to the frantic Temple Street stalls nearby. And I usually order the same dishes, so can compare. On my last visit, maybe they were having an off night but nothing really went right. The set dinner missed one course and a waiter sort of offensively claimed... More

Having to visit this place time and time again is testiment to its food. The staff are fast and attentive and the menue is sprawling with Indian treats. The tandoori is fantastic and the lamb Kadi is beyond words. Pretty much everything here is good, even better with a big bottle of Asahi to wash it down. The price is... More

Have to say anyone who enjoys arrest Indian must eat here ! Food was fab, not a dicky belly insight ! Don't expect silver service, expect to share space with other diners, be patient and polite and you will richly rewarded !!! Can't wait to take my visitors there !

This is the best place in Kowloon to eat Indian Curry! Everytime we visit Hong Kong we eat here about half the time. They prepare their curries just the way you like it, spicy or mild. The garlic naan bread and sticky rice that is served with the curries are delicious. The the underground walkway about two blocks from the... More

We are an Indian couple recently married visiting from South Africa... Decided to try this place since we are staying on Nathan Road. We tried a lamb curry and a chicken curry with garlic naan. Really enjoyed the food. It's not the best that I have had, but it was never the less very good. Both dishes were tasty, and... More

The food served was good and tasty. They cater to the spice level of the customer. The naan was soft and nice. We had a good meal after a long day.

Food was consistently good and reasonably priced. They can make the food spicey to your choice. Service can be a little slow during their busy periods but then it shows the care that is taken rather then rushing the order through.

Staying in Sheung Wan

Neighborhood Profile
Sheung Wan
Unlike most of Hong Kong’s other popular districts, Sheung Wan welcomes wanderers with an easy-going, relaxed atmosphere. Art galleries are plentiful and boutique cafés are tucked away in every side street in the sub district known as “PoHo.” Browse through the vintage clothing and handmade leather goods stores – it’s no surprise fashionistas flock to this area. History enthusiasts will be rewarded with sites of beautiful architecture, reflecting Sheung Wan’s past as one of the earliest settlements by British forces. As night falls, the entertainment scene reveals itself to be just as laid back with its private kitchens, speakeasies and underground bars dotted throughout the area. When in Sheung Wan, everyday feels like the weekend.
