Fantastic everytime

I have frequented this restaurant on four occasions, at lunch time. The set menu is extremely good value. Thepresentation is superb. There are a selection of ten different tapas entrees to choice from, and you get to pick two. If you have a party of four you can order eight different dishes and... read more

Fofo does great Spanish food with an excellent Spanish wine list and attentive, enthusiastic and warm service. It's one let down has been the crashy acoustics of the dining room. It's a busy restaurant which is frequented by many large parties so noise levels could rise beyond the pain threshold as enthusiastic diners vie for each other for acoustic supremacy.... More

A local friend brought me here & we had their set lunch. Presentation of the food is very nice & tasted wonderful. Good ambiance of the restaurant too. Will definitely visit again when I travel to HK.

I was a little disappointed. The restaurant is beautiful and the service is terrific. The menu promises much but at least on the night I was there, didn't really deliver. We had the set menu which I assume showcased the best of the restaurant. It started out pretty well but by the time the paella came out I was kind... More

I guess delicious does not begin to describe my experience. Maybe since I am in Hong Kong I thought I would try out dim sum but then again it would be dim sum I would have tried before so I would have nothing to write about. So on the introduction from a dear friend I decided to try Fofo by... More

This is a fantastic restaurant high above busy central. The setting is contemporary and the food and service are excellent. .We had the stuffed squid and the garlic prawns and both were fantastic....this is a great restaurant for dinner with friends as its relaxed , the food and wine are great and it's in a great location for heading out... My client is a friend of the Chef so it is fair to say we were treated like Royalty. However, the standard of the food is spectacular, the wine cellar unparalleled and the staff and environment highly conducive to an excellent experience. Views over the river at night are amongst the best from any restaurant in the city. Properly my... More

I have had many visitors to Hong Kong in the past 3 months and wanted to try a different restaurant so after checking TA I selected FoFo which looked to be a safe bet....wrong. Not sure what went wrong but the food, service, value was all underwhelming. As a spanish restaurant how do you make a dry paella lacking in... More

Staying in Central

Neighborhood Profile
Central
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
