I am sure I will do more dinners there and looking forwards with their new food innovation on Cantonese cuisines.

Although I'm not a fan of chinese food, but if I have to go, this is the first chinese restaurant that comes to my mind. The quality of food is good, tasty and most importantly not oily.

Situated in the W Hong Kong I have to say it was some of the best authentic Cantonese cuisine I have had in a hotel. Very nice surroundings and a fabulous menu. The food was so fresh and delicious. Worth a visit if your around the area.

Set price dim sum menu with a great choice of food from the standard fare to the more exotic. Service friendly and efficient. The bbq pork buns delicious and the spring rolls amazing. All the food was fresh and tasty.

Our dinner at Sing Yin exceeded our expectations! We usually do not eat at hotel restaurants when we travel but since we were arriving late in Hong Kong and staying at the W we decided to eat at Sing Yin the first night. Our experience was so wonderful we went back a second time for dinner during our stay and... More

This is my favourite Chinese restaurant. The roast goose and lychee wood crispy fried chicken are excellent. Their dessert sampler is a good way to sample their delicious desserts.

Services are great and prices are expensive but in line with what you expect to pay at a five star hotel and probably no more than any restaurants with lesser services in The Elements shopping mall. Overall would recommend. We ordered roast goose, wonton soup and some vegetarian dishes. They were all tasty.

We went for lunch as a family gathering. It is on the ground floor and so no view at all. The restaurant decor is dark and contemporary. It is very dim in Chinese restaurant standard. They have partitioned by panels into semi-private rooms for the 8 of us. Space is nice but all others were not right: 1. In the... More

We went here for my 44 th birthday and it was fantastic. We arrived and were seated in the small room to the left with only 3 tables. I was wanting to be in the main part for a little more atmosphere. We told front of house could we move if something came up sure enough it did and they... More

We visited this restaurant on a Sunday where they have a all you can eat dim sum promotion at hkd195 per pax Very dissapointed with the overall taste of the food. The Dim sum taste so 'mass produced ' and so mediocre You can easily get better tasting dim sum anywhere in Hk.

Dear Tauruzspa, Thank you for your comments about Sing Yin restaurant on Trip Advisor. I was extremely disappointed to hear your feedback about the quality of our Dim Sum. Based on your experience - you have every right to question the veracity of Sing Yin’s hard-earned reputation in Hong Kong. It appears on this occasion we have missed some of... More
