Been here a couple of times with a client. Nothing special unless you are really craving for authentic american food. You get better for same money in LKF & Soho district elsewhere.

Not bad, nice set up and great looking menu. But take the ribs for example. They're ok, they are ribs and they come with BBQ sauce. But these are certainly not ribs like any you get in America's South (as you might hope for from the name of the restaurant). And that's true for so much of the food here.... More

The 24 Oz Steak was very fatty- not recommended! Chilli Cheese Chips - Awesome Macaroni and Cheese - Awesome but portion small Southern fried Chicken - Awesome but portion small Apple Pie - Awesome but would have been PERFECT if they gave enough ice-cream Not recommended for vegetarians of course

The steaks was quite good if you like smoked steak with BBQ sauce. But its better to go to Bístecca that is a bit better

The service is atrocious. I used to like going here and went here a lot, but never again. There are much better places to get good food in HK where you don't need to deal with the people who are working at Bluesmoke.

Wanted some serious meat and Blue Smoke delivered! We had the pork belly nuggets which I found quite dry, and some wings with a fantastic Alabama white BBQ sauce - loved the sauce. Brisket cooked to perfection was the highlight of our lunch. Blue Smoke also offers a lunch buffet with standard BBQ picnic fare, but I think brisket trumps these items for sure. Very busy at lunch, so you need to arrive by 12:00 or 12:15 unless you don't mind a 15-20 minute wait time.
