I was chocked that a place like this Dress code?!?!? People are coming out of the gym don't even shower and can have a drink there . When I asked the staff if there is a dress code they told me that the dress code is only for gentlemen and not for ladies !?!? On top for paying guest ,... More

It is with regret to know about your disappointment for MO Bar. Our dress code is smart casual for both gentlemen and ladies and all the guests present have been in accordance with it while personal hygiene is unfortunately not within our control. We sincerely apologise for the confusion that was caused on you. In order to bring a secured... More

We dropped by for afternoon tea and we're seated at the bar as their table seats were all taken. Tea was served in individual glass teapots and there was a reasonable selection of teas. The savouries were nice and the wagyu burgers were really tasty. The scones were ok. The desserts were nice but by that time we were very... More

I generally visit either MO or Chinnery every time in Hong Kong. It has been about 6 months since the last occasion. After a long and busy morning I came to MO about 1:30 pm and sat at the bar. Surprisingly the table seating area was only about 40% taken and I was the only one at the bar. This... More

I did a bit of research to look for a great afternoon tea experience in Hong Kong. I read tons of great reviews on MO bar because of their tea set collaborations with designers. Even though they didn't have a special tea set when I visited, I figured that it should still be solid. The food itself was fairly good.The... More

We came here for drinks and deserts on a Friday night. The place was rather quiet, felt cold, and lack of energy. Its selection of deserts was minimum, and the French cheese platter was not good. The service was very professional, but not personal or warm. It's was more like a typical hotel lobby bar & restaurant, as opposed to... More

Mo Bar on the Queen's Road side of the Mandarin Landmark hotel has replaced the original Mandarin's Captain's Bar as the place for drinks and light food. It is in the midst of the Central office towers and a pedestrian bridge across from the Hong Kong court. They serve breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, light supper and of course drinks any... More

Nice service, am very impressed by the quality of the hainanese chicken rice set. Honestly - never thought I'd have that in MO bar but had it and was absolutely blown away by how 'imperial' and nutritious the whole thing was. Would definitely return to explore other stuff - Mandarin is quality!

This is my favorite place to 'power' breakfast in Hong Kong, even when I am not staying in the hotel. Staff addresses you by name, and remembers just what you like even when you have been away awhile. Usually I do not like buffets, but this one is fantastic, especially the crispy bacon, Chinese dim sum and homemade breads. Oh... More

Went out for dinner and drinks on a Thursday night and to my surprise found it totally full. The drinks are reasonably priced and service is also good. We had difficulty in getting a table however the staff got us a table within 15 mins. Food was lovely. Would recommend to try the lobster buns. Dinner ordered was decent, however... More
