A nice change from airport food offered in most US restaurants in the airport. The food is prepared fresh and to order. There are several chefs on duty and you see them hustling and bustling in the kitchen. Food was middle of the road in price, while being top quality.

Went there for dinner with no expectations during transit. Pleasantly surprised to get delicious and authentic food! Ended up back here for lunch prior to departure next day and then repeated visit on our return transit as well. Dumplings were delicious, 'savoury' pancake I would love to find again. Airport food but not as you know it! Service is patchy... More

This was one of my favorite places in HK. My friends took me to this place for the first time and we kept going back for the dumplings. The Xiao Long Bao (soup filled dumplings) were the best - even better than Din Tai Fung I believe. It had the right amount of flavors. Also tried their spicy fried rice... More

Don't let the location or bustle fool you. This is a great place (and cheap) to eat in the airport. If you want good Cantonese / Chinese food before you get on the plane (it can't be any worse than the stuff that gets boiled to death at 30,000 FT by a flight attendant.) Is it as good as eating... The place is simply decorated but a bit noisy as it is directly exposed to the airport terminal I started with 2 serves of Shanghai dumpling: it came very fast and was nicely warm with a thin skin and the delicious explosion of soup in the mouth 3 types of braised vegetables: Took quite a while to come but i... I was first taken to Crystal Jade for a quick business lunch with my team a few years ago. My expectations were not that high as they are a chain and are located in malls and concourses. However, dating back to that time, I must have returned about 20 times. This is a well priced, no frills, busy chain. However,... More

This crowded restaurant is convent and service is quick. Servings are generous and the prices are reasonable. We had two different kinds of noodle soup, which were very good. Tip: When they say a dish is spicy, they mean it!

I eat here every couple weeks, for lunch or dinner. It is located on arrivals level of terminal 1. Crystal Jade has many locations in HK and this is my favorite. They are often busy w/ airport travelers but it isn't bad since there are luggage corals w/ attendants right near the restaurant. Another perk is that they have a... More

This place is great for a big feed of Chinese foods in a city spoilt for choice. I been back many times and it's always consistently good. I think that's why there is always a queue .. But worth the wait. It's one of my favourites,
