Here is very good. Taste good, the atmosphere is good , the service is good. Every part of this restaurant are excellent. It is extremely perfect . However, I suggest they can increase the choices of the food , like more sushi, dim sum and so on. And it would be perfect that of they provide some free drink like hot... More

Seating was prompt on a reservation I made for lunch celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. Request for a window table overlooking the bay was granted, as well. The spread was impressive, having great selections of prosciutto crudo and pancettas, the lobster claws and snow crabs, the peking duck, and the impressive array of desserts were stand-outs for me. The service... More

I love this breakfast buffet. Everything is always so fresh and well maintained, there's great variety - both Western and Eastern options - and it's selection of fruits, yogurts and pastries is divine. I've never tried it for lunch or dinner though...

Went for the family saturday brunch, and encountered the first problem when the high chair we were given was faulty, replaced that one and then the staff couldn't understand how to work the second properly, effectively just leaving us to it. I agree the service is almost non-existent, the food area a little disorganised. The food itself was nothing special... More

What was just another hotel breakfast room (picture very close seating) we found the shared long table in the kitchen area and had a great experience. Fantastic selection for breakfast - the juice selection on their own a stand out. Mini eggs benedict with crab claw also a nice touch.

The signature W breakfast is a myriad of wonderful selections and sampling the city has to offer. You will be spoilt for choice and the freshest of ingredients used to energize your day ahead. Stop in and enjoy the deliciously prepared meals either before you head out or when you choose to stay in for the night.

Besides the variety of choices, we found that the food was still very fresh. For example, the smoked salmon is on display to help yourself, and yet it had not dried out. The congee ( rice porridge ) was hot.

Only thing that I disliked was the varieties of breakfast spread as too many things to choose and had a hard time.. :p

12 of us went here for a Saturday lunch buffet. The restaurant had too many tabled jammed together that made it hard to get in out and it was not a relaxing meal experience. Service was non existent, we never got offer to see a drinks menu and the coffee order took 20 minutes to arrive when we were one... More

It's a great breakfast place - the bottled flavoured water, the variety of bread and pastries. They don't do eggs really well here. But then again, very few do. Not the best breakfast compared to other W hotels, but ranks quite high.
