I've always liked the MO chain, and the dining experience at different properties have always impressed me. I dined at the Man Wah with a friend two days ago and I liked how they present wines and champagnes to you in a cart(chilled). The wait staff were attentive, courteous and professional. There was one staff that stood out and I... More

Excellent Cantonese food, impeccable service, beautiful decor, and a superb view. Eating here with a large group of friends was an exquisite experience whose memory will stay with me for a long time. Of all those striking and impressive features, the amazingly attentive and helpful service was probably the most unique aspect of the experience, as even in the best... More

Nithing much to dislike here. When in Hong Kong we look for great cantonese food and the Man Wah provides it. The roast duck is superb and shouldn't be missed. Service is top notch what you'd expect with this Hotel. Great wine list. Value for money with a view!

Excellent food partnered with perfect service. If you want to have both, this is the place. If you want to enjoy authentic Cantonese food with finesse, ambiance and a scenic view this is the place. The Peking Duck is done with perfection. First way is the skin wrap in a thin roll, second way is the meat with vegetables. I... More

Excellent service and food. The black pepper beef pastry and roast duck pastry are innovative and excellent dim sum. The Chef has placed special effort and both are extremely delicious. The black pepper beef is baked in a layered pastry which is very crispy. The roast duck pastry is presented as three little ducks that are so attractive. It's not... More

Food is very delicious and service is perfect. All the staff are very kind. It is a small place though, reservation is required. Convenient for mid size business meals. It has a good city view from the top floor.

We hosted a dinner for clients here and we chose it based on its Michelin star and location in central. Westerners who may not have previously visited Hong Kong may like it for its traditional Chinese decor. Having come from Singapore and eaten in many places in Hong Kong, I would say this place is rather cliche in its decor.... More

When initially researching high-end restaurants in Hong Kong, I was tempted by Lung King Heen, due to their three Michelin stars. However, a few mediocre reviews gave me doubts, and I decided to consult with the concierge at the W, who recommended Man Wah as a good alternative. I booked well in advance, and upon arriving we were given a... More

Hong Kong is not a good place for vegetarians with meat stocks and powders often finding their way into apparently vegetarian dishes. So it was great to find a true vegetarian tasting menu at Man Wah. The non vegetarian menu was also excellent which combined with excellent cooking and friendly professional service provided a very special dinner.
