This restaurant is located on the 25th floor of Mandarin Oriental hotel, and has excellent views. We enjoyed the weekend dim sum lunch, and spent ~HK$1600 (US $200) for the 3 of us (dim sum only, no alcohol, ordered a pot of tea and two freshly squeezed fruit juices). The service is courteous and friendly. All the dishes are tasty.... More

We had a fabulous meal at Man Wah. They'd stuffed up our booking on arrival which was disappointing as we ended up on a table off to the side, but the meal was really special, beautifully served and very tasty - a really memorable occasion. We didn't order a set menu but spoke with the waitress about what we wanted... More

Excellent food, great view if you sit by the window, service a bit pompous and slow but well meaning, I love their food. They don't understand glutten free well enough, they should, still great spot.

Surprised how small the restaurant is but I like it is exclusive. Panaromic view of HK. Fantastic service. Great tasting dim sum...of course at a price. All worth it, at least to try once.

This is a treat, although expensive. We had the Peking duck (which you have to order in advance), but it is a lovely institution. The service is incredible, and the food very good.

Truly outstanding Cantonese food. Incredible service. Wonderful view. A memorable experience. If in doubt, stick to the restaurant's specialities on the menu. Not cheap, but worth it for a special occasion.

Staying in Central

Neighborhood Profile
Central
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
