Polite and helpful service. The House Champagne is reasonably priced. Cosy and calm atmosphere and comfy sofas.

The Bar at The Peninsula Hotel Hong Kong is a warm, dark, elegant place, divided into cozy spots to linger. We visited twice and loved the atmosphere, service and excellent wine. The bartenders are top-notch!

Very small niche in the wall, with great drinks and nibbles. They had a guy playing the piano and singing the night we went in. Nice little spot for a drink before dinner.

Exquisite surroundings, helpful and attentive staff, excellent quality food, however, it was served Luke warm. The air conditioning is set a little too high, making it feel very chilly. We had set menu with a glass of house wine, costing around £80 for two,of us. Would go back if ever visiting Hong Kong again.

We took our two ten year old granddaughter to afternoon tea at The Peninsular. We has a wait to get a table but well worth it. The attention was superb. One child had a nose bleed and without being asked the waiter arrived with a silver tray of paper napkins and a bowl or ice along with a hand towel.... More

I always take guests to have a drink in the Penninsula. I've never eaten here, but the food looks yummy! There are 2 bar sections. Sit back and enjoy the view! The bathrooms are also quite unique!

We waited 2.5hrs to get a table at this place for afternoon tea and I can tell you waiting in the q that long while everyone is eating and drinking is a long time - but it IS worth the wait. The afternoon tea is very typical English, sandwiches, scones, clotted cream, jam, patisseries and choices of tea leaf but... More

At 2:00 pm every day the Peninsula opens for High Tea. However the lines are very long and you could be waiting for up to two hours to get a seat (so try to get in early). However, this is one of those must do things, and I'm glad the must do was with my best friend.

Why not.. Let's start with the bathroom, go into the gents and do what you need to do right over the Hong Kong streets. But the bar/restaurant itself is worth the visit - lovely modern decor, wonderful view over Hong Kong, and fantastic food and drinks. Not cheap, but value for money. You can easily go there for a drink,... More
