I had Sunday brunch there and was not impressed. The food was very average, the price was high, the choices were very limited. Furthermore the waiters and waitresses kept on bring out the wrong items in wrong quantity to our table. We ordered some tempura which never came until the very end when we kept on harassing them; it finally... More

Good night out for sushi in SOHO. Try the KFC! Crispy chicken goodness. Vegetable sushi options available and easy to make substitutes. We will be back!

We sat at the bar, were well attended, our 7 year old got to play with a live crab. Fab variety of well made Japanese Cuisine. Would recommend the Sea Urchin, Octopus and deep fried Agedashi Tofu.

I popped in here for a quick bite to eat at lunchtime. Pretty busy but not overly so. Decent selection of good quality sushi in the set lunch. I would go back.

Visited this restaurant for the 2nd time. Strangely quiet. Service started off well, but declined as the time passed--seemed everyone just was waiting to go home. Sushi/sashimi platter was good quality and reasonable price for Japanese food in Hong Kong. There were some nice (unique?) features like the soy sauce at table with a brush (noted by one other reader).... More

First: location, location, location. Second: food was outstanding, the rolls were really amazing. The sashimi and sushi were very good but not above what you're average place in HK can deliver.

Brought here on a business trip, the food was great. Platters and skewers of melt in your mouth food. Passion fruit sake was delicious. I liked the quirk of having the soy available at the table with a brush. Service is great, I will be back for more!

A nice little place in SoHo, the chefs at Taku really deliver an excellent experience. I tried several new dishes including an expertly presented mackerel. Everything was fresh and overall value was top notch.
