Took my friends from out of town for a treat and was totally satisfied with not only the quality of the food but also the service. The seafood was fresh and very well cooked while the staff provided great service.

This place has changed little over the years. Only the sign has grown smaller. Food is good; the place is very hectic during lunchtime on weekdays, and after office hours are over. A bit pricey but it serves very fresh and authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

We were not disappointed, the staff were fantastic, the food great, so much so we returned on our last night in town. It's an obvious favorite with the locals, we were almost the only "round eyes" there, and the staff remembered us on our return - highly recommended.

The hotel restaurant was full so the Concierge recommended this place. As others have written, although we had a booking we had to queue for a couple of minutes. Service was typically efficient and quick. We had steamed prawns with garlic, steamed fish with soy and ginger and a plate of broccoli, 4 Asahi beers and the bill came to... More

This is not an entrance way that we would have entered un-prompted but in fact down below is an excellent and, by HK standards, reasonable Chinese restaurant. We actually went two nights running! We had a booking each time but this only gets you in the door - you still have to wait in a queue for a while until... More

Having been invited to join friends at this restaurant, I read the reviews posted and we proceeded with open minds because of the mixed responses. Our friends have lived in Hong Kong a long time and love this place, returning over and over. So we climbed on the tram line and took it to the terminus at Happy Valley, clambered... More

We were looking for dim sum for lunch during a day of walking and shopping. Headed to Kimberley Road and were drawn in Chuck Yuen by the lady at the door with her siren song of 'dim sum, dim sum'. Asked about dim sum - when we finally lured a waiter to our table - and were met with a... More

Invited my good friend from France who often comes to HK and China and loves seafood. I must say the staff and the service is great. Waiters are genuinely helpful and gives a great effort to make the customers enjoy the experience. Now onto the food. I have lived in HK too long to have eaten all the seafood staples.... More

My wife and I have been here several times and it never disappoints. The seafood is simply excellent. Fresh, cooked properly and completely delicious. The service is very good as well. The main selling point of this place for me though, is that you can order any quantity of any kind of seafood. If you want to try abalone, razor... More
