We were starved of vegetarian Indian food for 5 days in Quanzhou, so choose Branto in Hongkong. Food didn't disappoint at all. Very friendly owner, from Bangalore I think, nice people, don't miss this restaurant while in HK for authentic Indian vegetarian food

Love the south Indian menu here. They also serve very good Gujrati thali. Though a little cramped for space (sometimes you have to wait outside the restaurant for your turn), its still a good place. Hope they play better songs/music.

The food served here was very good but we were disappointed with the place and staff. The ambience was bad. A little effort from them can surely make the restaurant look nicer and neater.

It is one of few good vegetarian restaurants located in biggest shopping areas of Hong Kong i.e. Tsimsha Shui. It is located on Lock road and the first. The entry to the restaurant is slightly confusing as the entry is very discreet just beside the medical shop which one tends to miss during locating the restaurant on Lock Road. Here... More

We visited this indian restaurant in our visit to hong kong. By name it seems some different but it is purely indian restaurant. The Food tastes good and just costlier side as common in hong kong. Main thing is you should first find out there timings as they operates as per english timings and do not provide foods after them... More

This is a very basic restaurant in not the best looking of areas. One has to walk upstairs via a locked gate to get to the restaurant...However the food more than makes up for all of this. Their main dishes are Indian so would recommend sticking to this rather than any other Asian options. Food is tasty and in comparison... More

Very old looks, pathetic service asked for masala dosa with separate masala and waiter reconfirmed that you wanted masala warm or normal I said warm but when the Dosa comes it as with masala and not separate I told to change, which they refused. There are better options to eat indian vegetarian. Then brenton

Always busy... More like a supermarket queue than a restaurant. Seating fairly tight. The food is freshly prepared. No one minds the décor, its the food that they all here for. You can order a starter, main course and desert and be out of there in 45 minutes flat... Close location to Holiday Inn, Nathan Road. Really worth a visit... More
