Concept Reminiscent of an ancient family courtyard in one of Peking's fast disappearing hutongs (courtyard houses set between narrow lanes), Hutong’s interiors are set against the most breathtaking skyline of any international metropolis. This is not the only surprise. When I went inside the restaurant, I was stunned by their decorations and the view iutside. It's very traditional chinese style, wooden tables and wooden chairs. Dishes, of course, were very decent and delicious. I could not find anything to complain about it except the portion was a bit small for a hungry man. Toilet is something should not be... More

I ate the most superb Gluten free tasting menu here. I've been twice and both times they surpassed themselves. I ate proper Chinese food, but prepared without gluten. Amazing. Both time I also got to see the light show. This restaurant is a must. ps check out the loos

The view whilst having a great Asian cusine is breathtaking. Especially if the weather is great. I could watch the view of the harbour for hours. You only get 2 hours per sitting but it is worth it. Easy to get there via the MTR. Price isn't too bad either. Pretty much all you could ask for!! Would highly recommend... More

We were recommended to go to Hutong by a family member and it was well worth it. We made our booked via the link on their website which worked well. We did find that bookings are only able to be made 1 month prior but this was no inconvenience. The entry to the restaurant is spectacular, the decor and the... More

Loved this place. We got there just in time for the light show. The food itself was beautiful. Really tasty. The 'noodles' show was interesting to say the least. Its a great venue to watch the light show which in itself is nice to see but the food is worth a visit. I will be back.

Aqua is the word for best view in the city and Hutong is the place if you like nice atmosphere and dicent nordern Chinese food. It is quite expensive, but some of the stuff you can eat there can be great (not everything though). Interior is quite intriguing, service is not the best, but good enough. Make reservation for the... More
