When i walked in i felt something had changed - it seemed like the management or something was vastly different. When the food arrived it was the same thing - not very good steaks and lots of mumblings from our group about average food. Prices haven't reduced though!

Good steak, coked well thanks to the open fire cooking. Served with delicious small bread buns and an amazing butter. Would suggest going for the 2 for 1 Super Mondays because otherwise at an average US$60 for a steak, it's expensive.

Great food, good location, ambiance so so, but we go there because of the food, not for the ambiance. We go at least 2 x per month. Highly recommend it.

You want an amazing steak with the right condiment? That’s it? Do you have the same willingness than when you go to a shop and know exactly what you want and you want it quick? This is the right place. Alright, there are some points to be aware of: I have tried only steak, ribeye, sirloin, mashed potatoes and vegetable.... More

I rarely enjoy a good steak in part because for some reason, enjoying a steak and a glass of wine is a personal thing for me. I indulge only once or twice a year and when i do, it is either a good or bad experience. Nothing in between. Steak houses today have lost the concept of 'guest experience' and... More

One of the things I love about this place is the bacon butter and mini dinner rolls. What I don't love is the staff. They seem genuinely disinterested in how your meal turns out. A few months ago I went with a group. They managed to screw up half of our steaks, then tried to say we'd made a mistake.... More

We went there for a quick western style lunch. To summarize shortly. What you pay is what you get. Average. In detail. We had 4 lunch sets. The salads for the kids as well as the roasted pumpkin and smoked salmon were a normal and small appetizer. Burgers for the kids main course were ok. My fish was excellent. All... More

I went with my wife for the first time in this restaurant. The steaks are good but the prices are really too expensive. First when you wait for your food, they bring you some hot bread with some nice little side to put on it. This is nice except that when you look at your bill, this is not complementary... More

I booked a table, but they gave it away and let me wait 30 minutes on the street - 2nd time this happens! No respect for guests!

We were walking down Elgin today looking for a nice place to eat and thought we would give this place a try. The menu sounded ok. We ordered their chopped salad with country pate to start. Sounds good, right? What we received was a little lump of wilted red lettuce from a bag with a few tiny croutons that turned... More
