Do not let the location and looks inside mislead you... the food here i GREAT. The place can be a bit difficult to find, and you have to get by a lot of pushy sales people downstairs, and find the right elevator to go up to 7th floor in Block E. When I got there I was very sceptical and... More

Visited this restaurant with a friend who lives in HK. Got mobbed by the Indian's downstairs but once in the restuarant extremely happy with the food. Crappy formica tables and decor couldn't put a dampener on the fantastic selection and overall experience. Generous portions and beautiful tastes. Will definitely visit again when next in Honkers.

For good asian food with asian spicy cooking. The Chicken dishes are more suitable to the Indian palate. The place gets crowded at peak times and you have to wait for a bit of time to get seated

I ate here on 2 nights in late April 2013, the food was ok the prices ok, but the cleanliness and hygiene needs to improve, also need to renovate the place very badly, the staff needs to be young and bright and with a smile, not old or tired or not interested people.

Went to Kyber Pass based on Trip Advisor recommendations and was not dissapointed! Yes, it's in the Chungking Mansion on the 7th floor, and yes ,the atmosphere is zero, (long formica dining tables), and yes, the service is a little spotty. But, it's funky and yet, has good Indian food at very reasonable prices. Would definitely return if in HK... More

Based on the reviews I was looking forward to a good Indian meal. Ordered chicken tikka on sizzler. It came on sizzler allright but the chicken was cold. It was obvious that they put already prepared chicken on sizzler pan and presented it. Service was ok. Nothing outstanding. I would not go there again.

Once you've braved the throngs of tailors and people trying to sell you "copy watches and bags" outside of Chungking Mansions, what awaits at Khyber Pass will make you happy you made the effort. The food is great and was presented to us in a very agreeable time. Don't expect plush surroundings, this is a very simple curry house with... More

The food is really good. It's actually a whole experience, by finding the place, going into the elevator, go out, wait in a queue and than get good affordable food. Massala very good

This place is a bit hidden but easy to find and worth the effort. My fiance and I went there at 5:35pm and we had to wait (sitting at a table ) until 6:00pm when they opened. Service was good and the food was really satisfying. We both had a full meal for a total of $180HK. The place seats... More

Im a huge fan of Indian cuisine so this may be slightly biased. However, looking for good food at a good price is tough in Hong kong since there is no space for anything, and everything is priced like you're an international banker making six figures. I decided to give this a go since I was staying at mirador mansion.... More
