Must Experience

I had always wanted to eat here - other than restaurant on 3 floors, nothing much though decorated beatifully and the ride to the floating restaurant was an experience. Made you feel a bit like a taipan you know =) Food portion is a lot but its pricey. A simple meal without seafood can cost up to... read more

As part of a tour in Hong Kong, we went to this iconic Restaurant which is as much an experience as it is a restaurant. Located on a floating dock in the harbor, this restaurant is a visual treat and it is quite large. The dumplings were quite good as were a number of the appetizers we tried. The service... More

We were taking a sampan ride and happened to see this place and were totally fascinated by it. Had a great lunch here in the outdoor balcony looking at yachts. Food was good and service was nice. The menu had a lot of stuff which seemed like old royal dishes and there was some real exotic stuff available. We also... More

Booked to dine here for a significant birthday (the reason I travelled to Hong Kong). The restaurant lit up at anight is a magnificent sight and getting there on the little ferry made it all the more special. The food was excellent, the service perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed our time on board!

Rather old and shabby now. Food was not inexpensive, and average quality, and the seafood selection was limited. The service was quite good and helpful. Overall it used to be a tourist must visit attraction, not any more. A bit of a disappointment

First of all, you rate this place as a tourist trap. If you are local, you will surely dislike it. Can you imagine New Yorkers rate the Statue of Liberty or Central Park more than 3 stars when they pass them by almost every single day? There are multiple restaurants at this place. The 1st floor (2nd floor in USA)... More

Wow! Fourteen courses of pure Cantonese heaven. Everything all ways, served with style and fun. Sweet, sour, salty and bitter; hot mild, subtle and knock your face off. This place is great, really great. And a lion dance to end upon....
