My husband and I ordered two main meals and a side portion of rice and noodles to go with the meals. My husbands meal came with rice and approximately 20 mins later my meal came. I asked 3 times were my food was and was just snapped at by a very rude waitress who simply said it's coming - no... More

Arriving by small boat we entered the massive structure, capable of seating 3000 diners!! The main eating hall is very busy and caters mainly for tourists on a fast track visit, not the place to go fo a relaxing lengthy lunch. The food was good though and filling, getting a waiter to bring the beers was a bit of a... More

We really enjoyed this restaurant. You get to it by a shuttle boat ride across the marina, and it's really gaudy and ornate, lit up like a Christmas tree at night. The staff didn't speak much English but were very helpful and the food was great. We felt it was reasonably priced too. Worth a visit.

Ride a sampan to the restaurant dock. Wander through the halls and rooms--each is extremely ornate. Large menu with emphasis on seafood. Prices reasonable for a tourist spot in HK.

Das Lokal ist völlig überteuert, das Essen bestenfalls Durchschnitt. Keiner von der Mannschaft spricht englisch. non english speakers who didn't understand us at all. This Restaurant is overpriced, lacked flavour and has terrible service. This is not a place we're I will want to go back.

Despite very limited English spoken by the staff, this restaurant was very nice and reasonably priced. And I got pretty much what I asked for. It was so nice, I went twice.

This was my third visit to Jumbo. My second visit was over 10 years ago. Visited in January 2014 with my family. The experience taking the boat from the dock to the restaurant was great. We took some nice pictures. However, we were shocked at the prices on the menu. We were already there, so we ordered our numerous apps... More

Visited last May. We had seen it lit up when we were on a harbour night cruise. I had never seen a boat restaurant before. Not the normal type of place I would visit but curIosity got the better of me and we had lunch the next day. It was an experience getting there and being seated. The menu had... More

At first, the Jumbo ship impressed us when we arrived. But after a while, the impression was spoiled by poor service and ordinary food. When a waiter realized that some of our group were shocked by price, refused to order any set or ordered just soup or shrimps, she immediately tired of them and lost interest to the whole group... From first appearances, I was overwhelmed with the gaudy, in-your-face, decor of the floating edifice…like a clown who had too much make-up on, it was overwhelming as you approached it by boat. Once inside, however, the lack of decorum of the staff quickly brought about a reality check. The floor was empty other then our small tour group and yet... More
