The beef satay was tasty, but the prawn and pork soup was average. Having seen the selection of food and apparent quality in the food court at the Silvercord down the street, we would not go back to the Satay Inn.

We were persuaded to try this restaurant due to its close proximity to the hotel. The thought of eating something close to home was also a deciding factor. We would have loved to have a table inside the restaurant but as they were full, we were content with an outdoor table in the smoking section. The service staff impressed us... More

We returned to the hotel late and decided to get something nearby. Big mistake. Poor service and the food was awful we left nearly all of it. All the dishes were swimming in oil, the chicken wasn't recognisable as chicken. They tried to charge us $20 for prawn crackers we did order or eat, they just put them on the... More

Good choice of Asian & western cuisine. The Asian dishes we had tasted authentic though a little pricey.

I ordered two of their signature dishes, the chicken satay and the Laksa spicy noodle curry/soup. I had fairly high expectations as these where both marked in the menu as signature dishes, and unfortunately they where both disappointing. The satay was slightly burned, and the peanut sauce tastless. And the Laksa soup was spicy, which to me is good, but... More

I always make a point having lunch or dinner here, every time I visit Hong Kong. The best Hainan Chicken, hands down! A must have. And the service is gracious too.

Ordered a plate of Fried Sambal Water Spinach and Singaporean Curry Chicken, both were meant to be spicy and they were the basics of Singapore and Malaysian cuisine. But it was far from it. The Fried Sambal Water Spinach tasted like bland boiled vegetables and the Curry Chicken tasted sweet. Couldn't even taste curry in the supposedly Curry Chicken. Pricewise... More
