Good food, good value, good beer and a good laugh!

Have been here many times over the last twenty-four years and have always loved it. The food is consistently very good. The food and the drinks incredibly reasonably well priced. Great for groups where you can have long tables, many dishes and a great laugh and unwind. If visiting with out of... read more

My fifth time, and I enjoy the expressions of the friends I bring every time! This little gem is located within the horrible chunking mansion. It's part of the Hong Kong experience to visit! After you enter the building you have to listen for someone screaming the name of the restaurant, follow them into the building, up several days stairs... More

This club is very hard to find, the décor is in need of updating and bit of paint but when you get their you will be delighted with the quality of food and service. We have been to the club few times and we always left the place happy.

We arrived at chungking mansion and we're suddenly forced to get into this hotel.when we denied then the sales person in lobby started abusing us.looks like some indian sales guy and worst part was he tried to abuse the security guard.not sure if hong kong police is seriously looking at these kind of crimes....not at all recommended.

We went with a large group for work. One of our co-workers had been there before, but I think it would be hard to find for a tourist, but if you can find it, GO! The food was great! He had an Indian woman with us and she said the food was definitely authentic. The wait staff were very friendly.... More

The food is really great. We got a backpacker menu (he asked for our budget) for 100 each with five or six tasty dishes with drinks. I would definitely recommend it if you crave Indian food! An employee showed us the way, he was fetching customers at a foreign market (Turkish/Indian?) Inside of a building. We thought we were about... More

Quite hard to find and ignore the outside decor as inside you will find great food and service, we ordered the madras but it could have done with being a bit spicier for our taste but overall it was great! Would recommend!

Brought a friend there for dinner, my second. It wasn't as crowded as my first visit, but this was because we got there early, a steady stream of guests came as we finished and left. As before, we were very happy with the meal: mutton curry and barbecued chicken with plain lassi. At HKD620, it was quite pricier than our... More

Although the location is cosidered repulsive, the food was nice and didn't suffer any issue in the service or in the portions. Nevertheless I was expecting a cheaper price compared to other locations, but finally it stays in the market prices. Would reccomend for an experience in the Chingking mension.

We ordered set dinner for two. Food was lovely although I'm sure they made the curries mild. I like mine spicy . When entering Chung King we were approached by annoying restaurant touts. I almost walked away due to their pushy behaviour. (the TAj Mahal needs to address this as it's extremely off putting. Very nice chicken tikka although the... More
