We were able to manage a booking for our group as it was a friday evening with the weekend crowds. Meeting for working lunch, buffet was OK with a small spread of salads, main course and couple of desserts, went a little late so not that crowded, the wait staff forgot to give us napkins and after i inquired they offered from another table, service otherwise was OK and food was typical curry house. Had a mini bar if you... More

One of the good Indian fine dine option in HK. I find it little expensive. Onething i should mention is they deliver food through other agency and staff of that agency is rude. So, won't recommend delivery through this restaurant.

My husband and I enjoyed immensely the lunch buffet at Jashan. The atmosphere and space were inviting and perfect for a business lunch or pleasure. The buffet was full of many different dishes, veg and non-veg. They tasted fresh, were hot, and absolutely allured every sense. The inclusive naan, soda, and dosa make this deal that simply can't be beat.... More

Service was friendly enough and they gave me a seat while I waited for the takeaway order. We ordered off the delivery menu. Rogan Josh and Dalcha Gosht were fine but a bit on the bland side and certainly not curry hot. Aloo Gobhi was a bit undercooked but some might like their vegetables like that. Garlic Naan was stiff... More

Not only is it great value but it is standalone excellent food, wonderful tasting and great service - it's... More

We happened upon this place by accident. Take the lift up to the first floor and you will be warmly welcomed. For Brits its a touch of home - all the usual Indian dishes we love but with a little more authenticity than in many an English town. Food was well balanced, well cooked and not too oily. Lentil dahl... More

Staying in Central

Neighborhood Profile
Central
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
