Great food and atmosphere

I hadn't realised this was a 2 Michelin star restaurant, so purely based on the food it was delicious! Excellent service, timing for serving food was evenly spaced out. We had crab shells, greens cooked in fish broth, wagu beef and foie gras fried rice and Kurobuta pork with a honey and orange... read more

Amazing!!!!! A 3 Hat Michelin Restaurant with no airs and graces. The menu was set and offered a number of extrordinary dishes. The Chef who went to every table as did the Wine Cellar Manager. Both are experts in their field. Can't offer a costing for this dinner as we were invited by locals and the menu did nit offer... More

There are plenty of restaurants in Mong Kok, but, as we were staying in the 5-star Langham Place Hotel, we decided that we should try one of their restaurants at least once during our visit and were attracted by the two Michelin-starred Ming Court for a special occasion. We chose relatively unadventurous items. For starters, two soups: one crabmeat, scallop,... More

Chinese cooking at its best. If unsure the serving staff will help you decide on the courses for your taste. On the 2 visits during my recent stay at Langham Place I left the restaurant completely satisfied and wishing for another visit.

This Chinese restaurant in the Langham Place Hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff are great. But I wasn't wowed by the food - particularly since it is one Michelin star and I am told it was previously two stars. Lovely food but not substantially better than many other top end Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong for dim sum at... More

We stayed at the Langham Hotel for a week, and on the last evening decided to dine at Ming Court. It was an excellent fine dining experience, the food was perfect and the service was the best I have experienced in a long time. Highly recommended.

Ate here on our last night in HK as a treat. It is expensive, but worth it. Atmosphere was very nice. We went for the "dugustation" menu with a selection of wines, which were a glass of champagne, a red and a white all very good. The food was a good selection from their menu, with some stunning dishes, not... More

I certainly have not had such a fine and excellent "Peking duck" for a long time........ Served in the pure Peking tradition I can only highly recommend it. Besides, the restaurant setting is quite pleasant, together with pretty good and friendly service.

Celebrated my birthday at the Ming. Fabulous food beautifully served. Don't expect westernized food. It doesn't exist in Hong Kong. Let the waiter choose for you, you wont be disappointed. They are happy to let you share courses so don't over order. Highly recommended
