This restaurant is simply outstanding! The services were great; the foods were excellent. Well done :)
We expected the kind of fancy stuff Nobu serves in Perth and Melbourne but were utterly disappointed. The "House Specialty" Taco's with 4 different kinds of sashimi is just that: 4 pieces with each a different fish. Buy that in Park & Shop and make it at home for 30$ and not 240+. We really didn't get it for the... More
We looked forward to our meal here so much we took a later flight passing through Hong Kong just to male time. We had a Valentines day lunch here - we knew it was expensive, we knew it was all about quality not quantity and were ready. The menu is rather extensive and so we went with a bit of... More
The best view over Hong Kong , the food is incredible like everywhere in the world and the service its really nice. Its a must where you go visit the town
Having dined at Nobu in NYC previously, my expectations were high. This property was equally excellent. Service and food were exactly to my expectations.
I've eaten at several Nobu locations (NYC, London, Vegas) - some are better than others but our dinner in HK was excellent! Nobu is never inexpensive but neither are other comparable restaurants in HK. The view is gorgeous. We ate the usual options: Spicy tuna on crispy rice, miso cod and everything was perfect. I won't hesitate to go back... More
An amazing place and very tasty food...professional staff....very good experience and a great atmosphere...
Nobu is located in the Intercontinental Hotel, which has a prime spot on Victoria Harbour. The Intercon has incredible restaurants, especially Nobu! Nobu is always amazing! Beyond sushi, I especially love their Rock Shrimp Tempura, Miso Black Cod, & Lychee Martinis! Nobu’s atmosphere is also great, maybe a little dark & romantic.
Background: Been here twice, dinner and lunch. Oh my goodness. The chef recommended black cod dish is perfection. Moist （not overly oily)succulent, umami-like sensation - "feels like its baked of honey and wood" is what we say as amateur food appreciators. （Technically, being a Japanese dish, its miso and not honey) The salad with seared tuna was generous. Sushi (o-toro... More
Excellent food - tried the beef and crab, and both were very tasty. I would recommend this place as an excellent fine dining option.
