This is without doubt one of the best restaurants I have ever been to in my life. Everything I had was amazing, especially the beef tataki, with the ponzu sauce, was definitely one of the best tasting dishes I have ever had. The service was great as there is always a someone close by eager to help. Defiantly give this... More

Black cod saikyo yaki - perfectly done, unforgettable. two thumbs up! other dishes tried: salmon sashimi, yakitori, another main dish which was forgettable, desserts - all so-so. Stick with the black cod.

The food and the view make Nobu a must do, I simply love the food here and the view of the skyline. I make sure I visit at least once per year and everything even if you don't like Sushi is fnatastic.

After review some mixture of comments from the web, we decided to go for lunch instead of dinner (Dinner tasting menu cost almost double the lunch). Generally, friendly staffs, we were greet and seated the moment we walked in. The staff is familar with their menu, explaining to us patiently with some suggestion. The restaurant is facing the Victoria Harbour... More

This Nobu does not live up to the name. I have had outstanding meals at Mayfair, Park Lane and Melbourne before. No one introduced the restaurant or the food. I had to pay a large deposit as there was 6 people and told they could only hold the table for 15 mins... They where 20 minutes late and not busy.... More

We decided to treat ourselves to an anniversary dinner at Nobu. Quite the restaurant. Breathtaking views, exemplary service, an excellent 'tasting menu' (which was very filling to our surprise) and a bill at the end which is not for the faint-hearted...Almost $500 for a cheaper bottle of wine on their grandiose winelist and 2 tasting menus. Still, it's Nobu, it's the... More

The prices are a bit high, but I guess it is a once-in-a-while occassion for me. However, the presentation and the taste of the food were worth the price. The restaurant has an unrivalled view of the Hong Kong Skyline. Great experience! Please remember: no sandals, shorts or tank-tops are allowed>

This was one restaurant I had to try out on a recent trip. I went by myself around 9pm on a Thursday night with no reservation. Was prompted seated within 5 min at a booth. Near the front and not a window by still had amazing view of the harbor. They even offered me magazines which was nice. View: The... More
