Beautiful view, vibrant atmosphere, good service and tasty food: the combination for a great evening. I came to have the Blackened Cod but was seduced by the Signature Tasting Menu. All 8 dishes were well representative of the best on the menu . The prawns with the sweetened vinegar were great and the Blackened Cod a hit. In 3 days... More

We were invited to a special dinner by friends and found the environment a bit claustrophobic (dark and low ceilings) despite the wonderful harbour views. The food was good but too much of it...there could have been some more guidance from the waiting staff for those not especially used to Japanese food.

Went to Nobu in NYC and Budapest, both great restaurants, this one just wasn't up to the same standard, we had at least 5 different waiters serving us along the dinner and the food wasn't as expected.

I have been to Nobu a few times since it opened in Hong Kong and each time the experience has not disappointed. If you plan to come and experience Nobu and do not mind to pay a little extra, try their tasting menu which has most of the Nobu signature dishes plus whatever the chef feels like cooking for you... A friend who used to dislike japanese food told me he changed his mind because of Nobu. And having tried it for the first time this week, I can perfectly understand why he decided to like it afterall. We tried two different menus, one was the Bento Box (comes in two boxes: one for cold selection, the other for warm),... More

I had high expectation on this renowned restaurant. Food and service is ok yet not particularly impressive.

It is expensive but worth trying at least once. The menu is extensive and offers unique Japanese fusion dishes. Go for the omakaze course and you will get to sample the signature dishes and ingredients that are in season. For a special occasion you can pre-arrange a message on your dessert plate, served with a sparkling candle. The full harbour... More

The name speaks for irtself, not your typical Japanese restaurant, the sushi and sashimi items are served with such flair and panache, beautifully presented, and with a twist also, sukiyaki dish is also good and so is the fish, gindara I believe, the place is serene, nice touch with Japanese contemporary setting, a little bit pricey though but what do... Having dinner here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The food is fusion like and not traditional Japanese style. Although food is fresh but I'm not much appreciate. The only thing that impressed me is the sea view scenery out of the restaurant.

I go to Nobu few times already with family. The Sunday lunch are bargain with free flow of sake. The only drawback is no child menu.
