Nobu Hong Kong is elegant just like the other Nobu restaurant all over the Globe . the food is good . Japanese fusion with a twist that signifies the touch of Nobu's founder . The service is good .they change our plates from time to time. The Yellow tail and black code is to die for .the price is outstanding... More

Nobu Hong Kong is Nobu exquisite!! The setting is sensational. Sorry Nobu Knightsbridge London, Hong Kong Nobu beats you hands down for ambiance! If you're looking for a romantic evening I'm not sure Nobu is for you. I have found Nobu Restaurants to be quite lively in atmosphere; each time being a business dinner and it's truly pleasurable dining. I... More

we ate at nobu in the intercontinental on our first night in the hotel. The quality of the food was excellent and the service was fast and polite ( my glass of water was never empty during our dinner ). Overall excellent experience although it can be a bit pricey.

Four of us dined here for a birthday celebration. From the moment we were greeted at the hotel door and shown to Nobu the service was outstanding. The champagne at $150 AUS, was priced similar to most five star restaurants and the Howard Park Leston was delicious and acceptably priced. We shared the food and relied on our waiter to... More

We had a wonderful dinner at Nobu. Service was excellent, and the views were stunning. We chose to have the signature tasting menu, and almost every course was delicious. The only exception was the soft shell crab roll, which was a bit too oily for my taste. At HKD1088 per person for 8 courses it was exceptionally good value. I... More

You just couldn't visit Hong Kong and not eat at NOBU. I wasn't disappointed. Raymond suggested some dishes to share and they were heavenly. The yellow fin tuna was absolutely beautiful melt in the mouth divine. Good view of light show - shame about the building works around the InterContinental. It would be very useful to have an entrance from... More

This was our 7th Nobu visit (7 different Nobus around the world) and the food here was just as good as anywhere else - only disappointing that we found a couple of bones in our fish. Service was fantastic and the view amazing.

Tried the tasting menu for 1 088 HKD. Great stuff, excellent service and superb food! Great view and location. Beer a bit expensive only downside.
