Great place for breakfast

Wagyu is an all day restaurant but they serve an excellent breakfast. No bookings required as quite a large restaurant however that does not guarantee you will get a table if they are busy.

Even if you didn't eat, the entertainment value of the traffic in the street is great. However, even that entertainment was put in the shade! I had the set lunch for HK$168: Autumn Salad (rocket, dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, cheese) served with a vinaigrette dressing - sublime. The main course was flame grilled rib eye steak served with chips and... More

Food and drink is very good, especially for HK where it can be iffy, but the service is exceptional - waiter noticed my friend hadnt eaten his dinner and when he explained it was because it was too spicy for him, having not realised it was a spicy dish, he took it off the bill - on top of the... A guy at our hotel recommended this place to us. We took the train to Central and walked through a busy bar area to reach it, although we took a taxi home and they were plentiful. As the food and service were so good the first night, we ended up going the next night too. The two guys who run... More

We typically do not try a place more than once when we are only in town for the weekend BUT Wagyu was the exception. They have food service for late lunch and late dinner, which made it ideal for us. We stopped here for a cocktail late Friday and later we were accommodated without reservation for dinner. (Although, it may... More

U can come here for breadfast, lunch, dinner. The food is always good. And it's always full. The downside is if u take Mtr to central, and wanna come here, u need to walk up to the slop and around here has nothing to visit. But if u take a cab, or if u live in Lkf hotel in central... More

This place located at LKF....the most happening street in Hong Kong. There are bunch of bars..lounges and night clubs on this street. The party goes on on the streets. I strongly recommend reservations but if you don't happen to have one they will try to accommodate you in best possible way. The food is delicious, we were 7 of us... More

This is the ultimate western restaurant in Hong Kong. They have a beautiful menu. I had a steak burger and it was one of the best I've had. Friendly service and neat bathroom.

As most people, I tend to neglect commenting on restaurants and venues in my hometown - Hong Kong. For the second time this week and for maybe the 100th time during the past 7-8(?) years, last night a friend and I had a remarkably good and pleasant dinner at Wagyu on Wyndham Street. Except for the location, nothing about the... More

There's no doubt that Wagyu is the place to be to meet and watch people. The food is very good as well. Always crowded and always happening now matter what day of the week. Definitely a great place for steaks.

Thank Charlie B

Staying in Central

Neighborhood Profile
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
