Here is where I fell in love with Beef!

Oh man. Pretty much anything and everything related to beef is ACE here. This is where I really tasted what beef should be, mainly because I come from Mumbai where we locally get Bufallo meat and not Cow meat. The Flame Grilled NZ Ribeye, 16 oz Wagyu Rump, Chicken Salad (yep) were outstanding.

Lunch turned out to be very disappointing. A tasteless pizza and a leek and goat's cheese tart was little better. Service was friendly but it's a frenetic environment.

This would have to be one of the best western breakfasts I have had with tasty well presented and ample servings. The staff were very helpful and attentive even though the restaurant was full. I would definitely return for any meal .

We really enjoyed this spot. The place is cozy, the breakfast menu was fantastic and catered to everyone! The staff are really helpful and location is quite nice too. I recommend this restaurant as much as all the others. Definetely a great spot for a date! But the menu is a bit on the pricier side, but I guess you... More

The display is smart and nice and the public upscale. Service is spotless and the food is good. The menu is pretty ample. We ordered mussels which were ok and a baked camembert that was a little bit too much. Meats were perfectly cooked. I do not know what was best whether the fillet mignon or the rib eye. Delicious... I'm not 100% sure, but I believe this business is run by Australians? It's well run and the food is great, plenty on the menu to chose from. We went for breakfast and were highly impressed by how much it resembled an Aussie breakfast! Friends also mentioned the dinner was great too. Service did let it down slightly however.

Wagyu is like your dog. Always there when you need it, reliable, dependable and gives a sense of belonging. Menu is a touch dated and could use a brush up but the food is good. Solid portions, i defy anyone to eat a full rack of ribs solo. Fillet mignon was very good. Well priced well serviced and busy atmosphere.

After a failed attempt to get to Zuma thanks to the offline hong kong TripAdvisor download and reading the reviews I'm glad we skipped it and came to Waygu, friendly staff welcomed us and seated us straight away which was great as it was packed! Nothing better than a full restaurant, that only means one thing, good food! The menu's... More

We visited first time as it had been recommended for it's western style breakfasts. The breakfast was great and the coffee they serve is perfect. The service was so good that we asked to lol at the main menu in the hope to return for dinner. The dinner was amazing but due to being very busy weekend night the table... More

Staying in Central

Neighborhood Profile
Central
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
