Great food in China in general but at one point you just want some good old American cuisine. TGIF offered me just that.
Thank god's it was Friday's there!! We were looking for something which we can take in easily and really were not in mood to anymore noodles, fried rice or dumplings. T.G.I. Friday's at the mall was as super experience on a super tiring day.
I thought nothing would go wrong with choosing this restaurant. I have high regards for TGIFridays because they maintain the good quality of food, cleanliness and best of all service, regardless of the country you are in. I never imagined their Nathan Road branch would make me feel otherwise. As soon as we got to the reception, nobody was there... More
Overpriced tasteless food, bad service and dirty toilets. We were looking for a quick, light and inexpensive western-style meal near our hotel in Kowloon, having just arrived and thought Friday's would be a safe and reliable choice. We were wrong! We decided to share an order of beef fajitas and each have a (draft beer), which we were told was... More
This has got to be the worst diner in HK ever. Lousy service, We came for dinner after a movie at the TST Branch, and waited to be seated. Two of the waiters saw us waiting and quickly turned away and ignored us. A third saw us - ignored us - came to tell the front desk ladies who were... More
Worst dinner in HK ever. Lousy service, bad food, expensive, extreamly uncosy restaurant. Probaly had none from TGI read the reports. Someone should tell them...
I agree with every one. Service, meal, beverages even the view was c__p and the price was ridicules first and last time I will go to a TGI
I came here for a cheeseburger after a beef free experience in India. Cheeseburger was good - but that's the most positive thing I can say. Service was slow, I stood around for ages waiting to be seated. They sat me next to a table with chewed ribs sitting on the placemats - and these remained the whole time I... More
I went there during lunch with a work colleague. This was a mistake 1) There was no service, I flapped my arms, and yelled to get attention. There were staff around, but it was like the 6th sense. We must have been invisible entities. 2) My 5 year old can cook better than the c***p they presented. The shrimp pasta... More
There is no service to customers : we have been standing over 3mn at the counter, waitresses seeing us, without having been offered a table. We finally decided to pick a menu and a table by ourselves. Waitresses are around but totally indifferent and very very slow. Environment is ok but quite messy and the same song has been playing...
