We go here every Monday/Tuesday for lunch, and have yet to eat anything bad. The restaurant had just opened and was being promoted by staff outside, near the clock tower. A lift takes you up to the restaurant which has very welcoming and attentive staff (little or no English spoken), striking decor with comfortable seating and pleasant music.
