Top notch restaurant

If you want to try the peking duck this is the place to visit! Very delicious food, professional staff and beautiful restaurant. The prices might be a bit high but I really think it is worth it! Highly recommended to visit!

Apparently one of the go-to duck restaurants in Beijing. I really found both ducks (they serve - at least - two kinds) delicious. My German partners however, found it quite normal, since they were used to eating duck contrary to myself. Portions were on the small side, and the soup was really some watery duck broth. We had to wait... More

Stunning Peking Duck. i ordered the small duck (around 288rmb) which is lame price as the big duck. small duck gives you about 6 pieces of duck wraps. so its not a lot. however it was extremely yummy. so you'll need side dishes. the place is very opulent and extremely busy. they speak limited english. service isn't flash as they... Roast duck is unique! Home-made dishes were good. Dadong is not a prestigious restaurant but very cosy and you feel like homed.

They suggested this restaurant as the Best place for Peking Duck! We were quite disappointed with the food and portion size! The restaurant is extremely westernised, in terms of simplifying the Chinese cuisine and price! We had better dinners in China that cost much less!

After hearing and reading good reviews of the Beijing Duck, we decided to make a trip to Da Dong. The place is quite impressive and opulent. The service was fine but the major attraction for the place - the Duck was just average. I had better ducks elsewhere in Beijing.

The duck was good, the soup untasty because of the service, I cant recommend this place. Unfriendly, rude and they were kind of kicking off while we were still having dinner. Next time I will try another place And please, repair the speaker of the ambience music. The noise is awful

it's not my flavour... even though it is pretty unconventional in their cuisine, i prefer traditional peking duck and the soup

I am a huge fan of Peaking Duck. Fortunately some business associates thought that I should experience Dadong. I was told that it was a "supreme duck experience" so my expectations where high going in. I was not disappointed. The duck was fantastic and the service was exceptional. It was not all Peaking Duck mind you. There were plenty of... More
