Delivery completely cold

Ordered delivery but came in COMPLETELY cold. Phoned the hotline which simple asked me to "understand" and accept it. Worst customer service ever!

Surprisingly great pizza. Thin crust, large sizes, well cooked. Perfect for when you are burned out on the local fare and want something that would be good at home, too. I haven't seen anyone mention how to find this place clearly, it's not obvious. There is a huge stadium and it's essentially in the parking lot next to a sports... More

Having only found pizza topped with wasabi & radishes Tube Station was a welcomed change! Boasting Beijing's biggest pizza, the restaurant has a good menu incl. wine, salads & sides. Most of the pizzas are available to go half and half, recommended as there is literally no way you could consume a whole one solo. All reasonably priced, with an... More

Our family has pizza once a week so we have tried MANY different companies in the past two years. Of all the pizza places in Beijing, Tube Station is the winner! Not only do they have great pizza, but they support wonderful causes! They have provided free pizza to all the children who attend Magic Hospital's Fun days. Seriously, great... More

Good location. Decent pizza. Prices are good. Service needs work...but then again China is not known for customer service. Decent experience though.

Tube Station pizza at The People's Stadium is a must do if you have that pizza craving. A very amiable host, efficient and discrete staff, this pizza place has many seats indoors and outside, all of which are usually full with happy customers. The food is good to very good, the pizzas are huge and very well made, the salads... More

We stumbled across Tube Station and were not disappointed with the food! We have been numerous times and every variety we have tried has been great! The crust is nice, neither thick nor thin, and the flavors have been full but not overwhelming. We have had numerous salads too and feel that for the size and price, they are an... More

The Tube Station is a chain of restaurants offering what they claim is the biggest pizza in town. Newest addition is at Solana Mall west of Chaoyang Park. The place is very popular with Chinese and Expats so waiting time especially on weekends is almost guaranteed. The restaurant is small but nicely decorated, the menu large and in English and...
