What struck me first was the staff greeting the customers as soon as they walk in through the door. It is dimly lit with candles and has Italian jazz/fusion/big band music playing, perfect for a dinner with a lounge like ambiance. The food and wine selection is also worthy to note. I have been to Italy and tasted fine Italian... More

I have worked in China for many years and as far as non-Chinese food goes in China, Eatalia is always a winner to take people, despite the somewhat inconvenient location. The service, if done in English, Italian, or Chinese is always first class; however, the staff could be able to make suggestions for wine, besides the owner/manager/partner person at the... More

We went first time during the Restaurant Week, the food was excellent but service was slow. The owner apologized and provided free drink. We came back few weeks after, then we experienced the best ever food with the good timing service. The waiters are friendly but not too attentive so give some freedom for the visitors to enjoy peaceful meal.

After eating lots of Chinese food, my friend and I had a craving for something different. We found this place on Trip Advisor and we were so glad we came here. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the risotto, the gnocchi, the pizza and the creme brulee for dessert. Our favourite dish was the mushroom risotto. At first I... More

Too bad that restaurant has western staff that they do not care of the guests. The Pizza is not a pizza, I call this a fine dough with very little garnish and tomoto sauce on it! I think place is a very nice place, but the staff does not care of the guest, I had to stand up to get... More

The staff could speak English well. The restaurant itself is very nice decorated and easy to find. They have an extensive menu, but unfortunately not everything is always available. It would be handy if they told this beforehand. I had to choose something else three times in a row. The quality of the food wasn't that good. My tuna carpaccio... More

I'm Italian and I can honestly say the food in this restaurant is amazing and authentically Italian style. Moreover service was great, and personnel could speak English, Chinese and some even Italian. The atmosphere was very friendly, after dinner you could spend time at the bar drinking superb cocktails (we had an amazing revised version of "spritz" with passion fruit)... More

It is situated away from the main road which is a great thing, enables you to "hide" from all the traffic on the main road. The restaurant itself is very modern, with a relaxing tables on the roof outside. Lovely setting during the sunset. Not all of the waiters spoke English, but they tried their best to assist and help... More

This is one of the few restaurants in the city that is really special. The food is fresh and authentic Italian and has always been good the many times I have gone. The service is way above normal for Beijing and the prices are reasonable. The upper terrace is really beautiful and one of my favorite places to sit in... More

"If it was possible to fall in love with a restaurant, I would fall in love with this one", says our 9-year old daughter Elina. After 2,5 weeks travelling in China we longed for some Italian food. After reading the reviews on Tripadvisor we had really high expectations. And we were not disappointed! Food, staff, atmosphere, everything was of highest... More
