Very reasonable prices, make your own dip/dressing bar, variety of salad bits and meat or seafood. I loved the spicy hot pot. Even if your don't want any, order some noodles, the noodle guy is possible the best part of the whole experience, as he will rock up and your table and pull and shape the noodles in front of... We loved this restaurant! I had been to a hot pot restaurant in Hong Kong, but this experience was far superior. Everything about it was tremendous! They accept reservations but it's almost more fun without - the waiting area is beyond compare!

The atmosphere is fun, friendly and the food and service are impressive. It is a good option to go with friends as a large group! The ingredients are always fresh and the taste of the soup base is unbeatable! Late night is always better!!!

My personal experience in Beijing is that a lot of restaurants serve very nice food but service in most of them is frustrating. Haidilao is a restaurant which combines both - perfect food and perfect service. Since we stepped into the restaurant, the fun began. Although we had to wait for nearly an hour for a table, they had a... More

This place is so much fun! We love hotpot and had high expections, and Haidilao did not disappoint. The service is amazing. They give you lots of freebe appetizers and salads to enjoy while waiting for your hotpot to get going.

At Haidilao, our waitress immediately whisked us in and quickly found a table. There were many choices for the hot pot and many dishes too! Also, there were people performing la mein. It was awesome!

Well you do not see it if you are at the ground level but if you find Tiffany's you are at the right place. So enter next to Tiffany's to find the elevator which takes you to the 8th floor. I was nicely surprised on the offer: it was much more different from classical places as you had tomato soup... More

We had no idea how to eat hotpot and our waitress didn't speak a word of English. Nevertheless she walked us through the process of ordering and she was very patient while taking care of our table. She even fished out the remaining pieces of meat and fish when she thought they were overcooking in the broth and served them... More

Haidilao provides a very different informal dining experience. Our hotel concierge made a reservation for us and warned us not to be late as the restaurant gets very crowded. You are first seated in a waiting area that has complementary snack food, board games, and drinks. There are also video games at the back of this area and a play... More
