Very good food at very good prices

The Peking duck takes about an hour to prepare, so we ordered other food as a 'starter' so we didn't go hungry for that time. All we ordered was very good, and we waited only a few minutes for a table on a Saturday. Be early or late, we came around 2030.

Great duck! Less oily than Quanjude, and just as or even tastier, for a very reasonable price. We weren't hungry enough to have more than the duck but even so were highly tempted because the other dishes looked so damned good! Will definately come back! A place frequented both by westerners (sitting outside on the terrace in the blazing heat-:)... More

we had a large group and an excellent meal, typical Chinese service. The whole duck was a good deal, six ducks between 14 of us, really full, best duck we have ever eaten. It is certainly worth trying. They don't speak english but they do try.

Have been to the other 'famous' Peking Duck restaurants (Quanjude and Bianyifang) on a few occasions and still, I come back to small Jingzun. Also, you get a much better duck for a fraction of the cost (full duck here is under 130RMB). Other food on the menu is good too, haven't had something IO don't like yet.

Came for the duck, like pretty much everyone else. Of course it was absolutely wonderful. The location was really convenient as we were just accross the road in the holiday inn, hence us choosing to eat here, but it was not a decision I would regret. Add in a nice beer around the corner at Great Leap Brewing, and its... More

I love their crispy juicy but lean Beijing Duck. Amazing. Try also cold spinach, sizzling lamb, fat pork with pickles, Chao Bing (fried bread).

Roast duck doesn't get much better than this and at a very reasonable price. It's also a big help that some staff can communicate in Emglish. The duck is delicious and not fatty. It doesn't make you feel dizzy with cholesterol and consequently you end up eating more - but I'm not complaining! Other dishes taste good too. We had... More

Close to the hotel so convenient place for nice duck and other food for good value. Other dishes are also good experience. No need to pre-order or reserve, just walk in. Across the street from the Holiday Inn Express Dongzhimen, so it is easy to find and very nice price. went a few times during our 5days stay, as so... More

Close to my home so convenient place for basic duck when we don't want something fancy. Other dishes are also good value. No need to pre-order or reserve, just walk in. Across the street from the Holiday Inn Express Dongzhimen so it is easy to find.

It's the best-known budget duck place around and the service is also quite homely, but I found the signature dish too oily on both of the occasions I got to visit.
