Best choice for Thai in Beijing?

Good service, good street side location. Red vegetable curry was delicious, got it with a generous serving of white rice. Vegetable spring rolls were pretty good. Pad Thai was good as well but had a bit too much egg. Would like to see a few more vegetarian friendly options especially in the fried... read more

Serve the people was our regular weekend lunch when we lived in Beijing a few years ago. It has not changed and still provides excellent good value Vietnamese food in a quiet environment within the second embassy district and not far from Sanlitun. It has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating so is a good option all year round. Highly... More

By far my fav place for Thai food in Beijing. Nothing fancy but i like the consistency of the quality n to me its the closest to real Thai food. Another popular place is Purple Haze which is slightly fancier n another local(expat) fav but i still prefer Serve the People.

The food is well prepared, it arrives fairly fast. to speak Mandarin helps, the spiciness has so far always been what I have required. The place a can be a bit cold in January.

The food was ok, and the papaya salad was spicy, but, lacked the other vegies. Service, seems nice, but, had to make several reminders to the staff, regarding our orders.

I've been going to this restaurant for about 12 years now and it never fails to deliver. I have to admit that this was probably the first Thai restaurant I ever went to, so it is my standard against, which all others are measured. However, I can say that after trips to Thailand and eating at Thai restaurants all over... More

Went to this restaurant for a birthday dinner and wasn't let down by either the food or the service..With a table of at least 25 people, the food was consistently good and the service likewise. Fun night had by all..

Have loved every dish I've had there. Spring rolls are best I've had in Beijing.
