Name is a bit unfortunate, but this is one of our long time favourite restaurants. Service can be (often is) a bit patchy, but the food is delicious and the ambiance is wonderful. Relaxed for Sunday lunch or an evening dinner alike. Very worthwhile for a special meal. Remember to order your duck or your half duck when you book... More

Was there again. the booking for a table was not honoured. we had to wait. Beggar's chicken was bait dry. Rest of the food was OK. not more than OK. I remembered it as a better place to eat. Still fancy, nice and pricy.

Not cheap but worth every penny for the experience and atmosphere. The Peking Duck is quite excellent. Team of chefs worked right next to our table which added to the whole experience. Great food!!

We has read reviews on trip advisor, and had also seen this restaurant in our Lonely Planet guide as the place to go for Peking Duck. It was our last night after 3.5wks in China and also our anniversary so we wanted to go somewhere special & pay a bit of more money to get good service & good food.... More

The waiter was incompetent but me and my girlfriend was there for the food. The food was also bad. Have been in China for three months now, and every meal have been great. have had Beijing Duck several times and it was fantastic! exept this one at "Made in china". It was simply not worth it. Don't go!!!!

Because I was solo, I had a seat by the kitchen where I could watch the dumplings being prepared rather than a table. Due to an error by myself, I did not have a reservation but the Grand Hyatt was able to get me a seat and I was able to enjoy the fabulous Peking duck, which was my main... More

IT is fairly expensive restaurant, here you might meet some of the top stars, the kitchen is open, the decoration and the atmosphere with the tasteful and beautiful absolutely deserve the money. Absolutely the top two choices in Beijing if one want to taste Beijing Duck.

Private room, the best duck I have ever had!!! carved by the chef tableside was to die for!!! Do not order the Hunan prawns. They were flavorless and a waste of money..but everything else was well worth the price. Expect to pay Us prices. clean modern and very chic
