Excellent meal.

I can recommend this restaurant. Not cheap but you know that in advance, plus my wife and i had the chefs special, a number of dishes, you can make changes which was helpful as we don't like food too spicey. Service excellent and very helpful. I did not you eat duck skin with sugar. I saw one... read more

I had dinner there last Friday with colleagues. The food and duck are good but NOT phenomenal. The duck is 50% more expensive than Dadong, and the wines is even worse--with huge markup. For that kind of price, I expect much better quality. One leaves with a feeling of being ripped off.

We stayed at the Hyatt and chose to alternate the breakfasts between Chinese and Western styles. Made in China offers a good selection of traditional Chinese breakfast dishes, all freshly prepared. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff either. Can't comment on lunch or dinner, but I would assume they are of the same high standard of the breakfast.

In the Hyatt, which is in the middle of a number of glass skyscraper's but not easy to find if you're walking (in the middle of the block). Close to the Forbidden City and main shopping street. Very professional staff and relaxed athosphere, even if it's very busy. All food was fantastic and also a little pricey. Great wine variety,... More

Had a terrific lunch with a large enough group we were able to share and sample multiple dishes. Our Chinese hosts agreed the food was good, although it was presented as a fusion from multiple regions. Overall it was a great dining experience.

Made in China was very delicious. Order ahead for the duck or the "drunken chicken" specialty dishes. I took some colleagues there and they were blown away, everything was well prepared, very fresh, the various sauces were all perfectly done. Loved it.

I chose to dine here partially out of convenience because I was staying at the Grand Hyatt Beijing. However, it has certainly indulged me with an amazing treat. All that I have ordered are traditional Beijing cuisine: roast duck, Zhajiang Noodles, stir fried lamb with onion etc. And I have to say, every bite is a sensation. Their Beijing roast... More

This is a great restaurant with a great atmosphere and super food. The staff were helpful in finding us a table even though we hadn't booked (this place gets busy). Recommended.

Not a cheap restaurant but has some excellent delicasies which is worth to try. Let the staff recommend you a few dishes which are not that spicy and you will like it for sure.
