I enjoyed the atmosphere and food at the Java Coffee House. It was a great place to unwind and enjoy the company of others. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Since Java coffee house has a couple of branches that are strategically located, its a convenient place to grab a coffee or milkshake while shopping around. Though they don't have much for Vegetarians in regards to their pastries.

I keep traveling to Nairobi and often meet people on the move for short discussions..Nairobi Java house provides the best place for such interactions. With the precisely designed menus and excellent locations, Java house is among the best places to hold business discussions as well as a location to chill out and unwind. Most Java House cafes have free Wifi... More

With its pleasant decor, great coffee (soy lattes in East Africa?), satisfying food and ABUNDANCE of electricity outlets the Java Coffee House is a great place to pause from the hubbub of Nairobi and either veg out or catch up on work.

A nice place to have a lovely brunch. The service is friendly, good price offer and good quality of the main menu! Try it out! I recommend it. The egg dishes are delicious as are the salads.

New Java joint at the Shell petrol station in Hurlingham has lots of sitting outside. Very refreshing. There are two ATM within the Shell station should you run out of cash. Only downside is the noisy traffic. Sitting area borders the road. Also parking is very limited as you have to park within the petrol station. Otherwise a very spacious... More

You will have to work really hard to find a restaurant in Kenya that can do a better a milkshake than Java. I especially love the plain vanilla shake for its thickness and sweetness that is just about right. the main menu has good variety but you can get similar offerings with better portion sizes at other restaurants. Java's rapid... More

I've always been going to the different branches of Nairobi Java house every now and then and the standards are always the same in terms of service,food,coffee,bakery...etc. Especially coffee drinks whether cold or warm are the best...food and bakery in terms of taste and quality maybe differ from one place to another ...the best Java house in my opinion are... The fresh mango juice and the fresh pineapple juice taste absolutely great in Java coffee house. I ordered one large glass of mango juice. After finishing I could not avoid also ordering one large glass of pineapple juice. I never ever tasted mango and pineapple juice that tasty.
