Great menu and quick service

Located in an office building, this is a hidden gem. Great menu of sandwiches and snacks. Wonderful "chips" and coffee selection was great. Great for a quick lunch with a client. And the service was prompt and courteous. An added bonus.

Decided to go try as it is fairly close to my office. Weekday lunch. Walked in to an empty restaurant, which is usually a warning bell in Nairobi. In all fairness, it had a few more diners when we left. My colleague ordered the chicken breast with mushroom sauce, I ordered the fillet steak with mushroom sauce also. When the... More

Went for a business talk and the ambience was fantastic. Had to go back for breakfast, the coffee is on point, dare I say better than Java... Had to go back for dinner and the spicy chicken was to die for. Plan to go back for some teriyaki

I stumbled upon Urban Grind while on a shopping errand at Nakumatt Mega along Uhuru Highway. This place is relatively new and they are exceptionally good! The staff is warm and welcoming and the ambiance is really great. The shocker was finding Hibachi tables where the chefs cook right in front of you as you watch. The chef was supper... More

I was sceptical before we went to the restaurant, as the pictures seemed like a restaurant you would find in New York or London, plus Hibachi style cooking is not very common in Africa. When we got there the place was exactly like the pictures. Its a very clean and trendy restaurant, looks very upscale. The mall is not fully... More
